Was a great condo. Everything was as it should be except for the washer and dryer. The washer made it extremely loud noise and the dryer door wouldn’t stay shut but other than that, it was a great place.

I would absolutely rent this place again. I have been coming to the area for years, and this is one of the cleanest condos that I have stayed in. Check in and out process is a breeze, and the communication is great.

Room is nice but needs a deep cleaning. Couch, table, and outdoor furniture is older and there is mold in the grout in the bathrooms.

Was great clean rooms. The only thing was the dryer door would not stay shut and the washer was super loud. And the vacuum did not work. But besides that had a great time and looking forward to staying again sometime in the future

The Balcony was my favorite spot

There was plenty of space for our group of five adults. Great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The living room furniture was actually comfortable and plenty of seating. The balcony views were amazing and the furniture so comfortable--we spent a lot of time out there!

The condo was as described. GREAT views, property overall well maintained and beach service was nice. The beds really need new mattresses. But that is our only suggested improvement.

Great ocean view! We were here for two weeks and didn’t have working vacuum cleaner. Ice cube maker not working properly and neither was the garbage disposal. Otherwise great location and beautiful pool area and central location for walkable restaurants and shopping!

Family trip

We loved this unit. It was perfect for our family. Large balcony. Stocked kitchen. Extra beach equipment if needed. The beds were very firm so half of us were split wanting a softer mattress but this was the only complaint we could find! Fast elevators so no worries with waiting.

For the price extremely disappointed. The condo was very dirty especially floors were black. Ice machine clogged we had to fix. Burn holes in countertop. Washing machine was so loud it vibrated the condo. Check in process terrible. Garbage chute floor caused an injury to knee and hip due to the half inch water on floor with no sign. Bathrooms had black mold and shower curtains.
