Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
They double booked the house we were supposed to stay in and already payed for. Then they weren’t able to find us anywhere else to stay because it was the 4th of July weekend,all they could offer is a refund and a sorry excuse for the mishap. We were left stranded and had to turn back around and drive 4 hours home,save yourself the trouble and never book here.
