We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The home is clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We enjoyed the backward with the spa, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the area.The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home.We highly recommend this property!

These house was so comfortable for our family. The kids had a TV room to play. The hot tub was very nice as was the fire pit at night for s’mores. It’s only a ten minute walk to the beach.

Great house! The kitchen is fully stocked and great appliances. Great location that is close to everything. The host is super responsive and when you get there they have cute little towel bundles waiting for you on the bed. Great hot tub too. Highly recommend!

Nice base for travel

We had a nice short stay at this holiday home. The place was fairly well appointed and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. It was in a good location for exploring around Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz as well as several state parks. The hosts were very responsive as well to any inquiries.

It was simply great. Beautiful home. Close to many beaches. Close to several grocery stores. My family had a great small vacation in this home.

House was in a very nice neighborhood. It was well placed for many Santa Cruz activities. Host was prompt to reply. House was very clean. (Although it needed full length mirrors and wastebaskets in the bedrooms and some area rugs to make it cozier.) I recommend this house for a family but given the layout, it might not work as well for couples to share.

Closer to the beach than we realized

Great property. We actually didn't realize how nice the private beach is and how close it was (possible to walk to, but there is private parking available and it's an uphill walk back to the property, so you might as well drive). We would have planned more time at the beach. Was a great spot to use to explore the Monterey Bay area. The private backyard was very nice and the home provided a comfy stay.

The house is really nice! The quiet hours are unfortunate. Can’t use the hot tub from 9pm until 8am and we stayed away from the fire pit too, given the close proximity of neighbors.
