The Art Studio is located in a quiet neighborhood in Bar Harbor. You will not hear or see neighbors and have a wonderful spot that allows for a ton of natural sunlight. The open concept design is great for everyone to spend time together, and the futons have thick comfortable mattresses for guests sleeping on them. Very easy to access most locations on the island!

This was the perfect location for visiting Acadia National park and Bar Harbor. The studio was spacious and had 2 separate sleeping areas. Our dogs loved the front yard and going for long walks in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

we had a lovely time. perfect location to optimize visits to all parts of the park and bar harbor for supplies or to eat out. close by Hadley point where dogs are allowed and the yard was beautifully wooded for privacy but open enough to catch a meteor shower.

Had a great stay here for the week with my boyfriend and our dog. Ton of outside space for the dog to run around and the house was perfect for the 3 of us. Only thing was the pillows in the room were a little too firm, would recommend bringing your own pillow.

Great retreat with our dogs!

This property was a nice secluded spot but still close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal for a night in. The dogs loved watching for wildlife through the large windows leading to the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here. It's just a short distance from Bar Harbor, or hiking, or sightseeing. We met up with family and after a long fun day came back to relax in this comfortable, cute, quiet house that had everything that we needed.

The place was great and had a great location. We loved the firepit outside and had a large yard. The house was spotless, but we did have an issue with there being hair (dog hair?) on the flat sheet when we arrived. We were able to remove the one sheet. I also messaged the owner and let them know and they responded quickly but didn’t offer to replace the sheets or anything to assure they were clean.

The place is nice and it is nice that there is a beach down the road. The bath sink was not working when we arrived and was not fixed until halfway through our stay. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable and the bath shower really should have a solid curtain not a see through curtain as it faces the street. There was also trash -not bagged in the outside trash can from a previous renter that was left and we were sent a reminder not to leave untagged trash in the trash can but since it was not ours we left it. It is not our job to make sinks work or take care of others trash.

These guests accidentally had the plug enabled in the bathroom sink and just had to press down to let it drain properly. The guests did not want anyone to come inside the house while they were not home so nobody took a look until about halfway through the stay to show them the user error. We did not penalize them for loose trash, nor did we ever ask them to pick up loose trash from other renters -- we just ask that guests bag up all trash before placing in the trash bins
