The views were amazing and the location perfect. Make sure you have a large cooler because it only has a mini fridge. We made it work and had a wonderful time!
This was a great house for our visit to Talkeetna. A short car ride from downtown. The cabin is a little small, but if you’re comfortable with your guests it’s no problem at all. The beds and sheets were so comfortable and cozy. Gorgeous views, we got lucky and saw Denali from the upstairs windows. The cabin was very clean and loved the photography artwork in the space. Would recommend!

Thank you for the complements, and for choosing to stay with us;)
Clean and unique place. Great mountain views. Easy check in a decent communication. Small fridge but it worked for us. Kitchen sink had a leak so we didn’t use and let the host know right away. Nice quiet getaway.

We did have a unforeseen plumbing issue sorry for that. We also have a regular staircase on the back of the house
The stone hut is a very unique VRBO with amazing views and a convenient location near Talkeetna. There was 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but unfortunately the downstairs bathroom had plumbing issues while we were there. The host was aware and actively working on fixing it, so hopefully it doesn't impact any future guests. My only note is the spiral staircase being a little precarious and that is likely why little kids are not allowed to stay at this property. The host communication was good and if we didn't have the downstairs bathroom problem, I would stay it was an awesome place to stay. It was still a pretty neat experience overall.
Quirky and cozy! Amazing view, a quick drive to Talkeetna, we’d definitely stay here again. Note: you must pass through one bedroom to get to another (or go outside) so not a ton of privacy.
We arrived to find everything just how I was told.
Very cozy and uniquely built cabin. Was a nice base for visiting Talkeetna and one of Mahay's tours. Would definitely return if in the area!
