Set on a private lane, the property features a spacious two-acre front yard - an ideal playground for kids and four-legged companions alike. The quiet lane is perfect for bike rides and outdoor play.
Enjoy hours of outdoor relaxation while taking in serene views of Damariscotta Lake from the large deck, framed by sweeping meadows and graceful willow trees. Just a short five-minute walk down the lane brings you to a shared lakeside dock where you can swim, kayak, canoe, or launch your boat for a day on the water.
Inside, the home features two cozy bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The open-concept kithen and living room area is bright and inviting, equipped with Roku-enabled TVs, WiFi, heat and air conditioning. Additional baseboard heating keeps the bedrooms comfortable on the cooler nights. A second rutstic bathroom in the garage offers convenient space to rinse off after a day outdoors. A washer and dryer are also located in this area for your convenience.
Guest will enjot the detached, rustic bunkhouse - equipped with electricity but no plumbing or HVAC- offering great bonus space for games, puzzles, or an afternoon siesta for adults and kids alike.
