Peak season rental rate is $2,100/week; off-season rental rate is $1,900/week. The renovated property will consist of two floors of living space totaling about 900sf on each floor (about 1,800 sq total): 
 

    Upstairs will be fully insulated, with a master bedroom (king bed) and en-suite bathroom (with double sinks and shower), split unit heat/AC, and sliding door out to the renovated balcony/deck, walk-in closet/laundry room, guest bedroom (double bed) with baseboard heat, study (with twin pull-out or Murphy bed) and baseboard heat, and a guest bathroom with shower; 

Downstairs will be fully insulated and open concept, including a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, island wirh butcher block top, dining area, living room area, split unit heat/AC, wood burning stove, sliding door out to front yard, 1/2 bath, and a walk-in coat closet.

 

All windows and sliding doors are new, triple glazed, offering panoramic views all around, and there is a new front door facing the driveway.
Exterior siding will be brand new board and batten.

*Please note this is a shared dock with one neighbor. Vehicles can be used to drop off and pick up water crafts, but cannot remain at the dock. Please park at the property.  Guests are expected to follow the house rules that are posted*
