It was a great experience overall. Definitely need a truck or SUV to get to the property because your travel up a low maintenance road. The place was a bit small overall but we adjusted. We needed to unplug and it was perfect for that. WiFi worked good, we were only a few minutes away from Eureka Springs. Only negative and it was not management’s fault was the couple upstairs argued past 5am.

We stayed at this rental for a two-day romantic getaway, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi tub was absolutely amazing, and the view was spectacular—exactly as advertised.The only reason I can’t give the property a full 5 out of 5 is because of a couple of concerns. The road leading to the rental was fairly washed out and would be difficult to navigate in any low-sitting vehicle. Also, the property is described as unit with shared spaces but private entrance, but it's really a room that is attached to another unit and is very close to a third, with only a parking spot separating them. If the other units are occupied, there would be very little privacy.That said, the room within a unit itself was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a romantic weekend. With a few improvements to the road and a clearer description of the proximity to the other units, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Worst experience I have had. The tub smelled like rotting eggs when you turn the water on. No privacy. The place was just a bedroom and bathroom inside of house that was rented, other renters was loud. I let the so called Christian woman know and she sent me this long statement about lawyers and slander. Then she said something about bad karma and quoted a proverb about the light of the wicked will be put out. Insinuating I was the wicked for telling the truth. The road was rough. Basically needed a 4x4 or all wheel drive to get to the property. I tried to see if I could get the money back for 1 day on a 2 day trip and she wouldn’t Like I said the worst. And the bed was uncomfortable.

Extremely clean housing with outstanding views! The check in/check out process was easy and we had no trouble finding the property! We drove a Toyota Corolla and even this little car made it just fine up the mountain roads! We had coffee every morning in the treehouse overlooking the beautiful landscape. We loved ending the day in the wonderful jacuzzi! We will for sure be back!

Unfortunately the rain hampered a lot of outdoor relaxing but we made the best of it. It is definitely a ways from town and I highly recommend an all wheel drive vehicle.The view was beautiful and watching the storms was pretty cool as well.Only big draw back was attempting to open large gates, it was quite difficult with the rain/mud.

Sarah was a great communicator and was quick to respond. The views on the drive there, out the windows, and from the patio are stunning! For some reason we couldn’t figure out the fancy tub but otherwise it was a nice place. I will address the road that several are talking about. We drove our 2021 Honda Accord. The last 1.5 miles you will need to take slow in a low profile vehicle. The last .07 miles are curves along the hillside. Due to weather those get washed out and leave ruts. You have to strategically maneuver those ruts in a low profile. We wished we would have driven our Tacoma. The views are worth the drive!!!

Don’t forget about the orchards. You can come U pick for free! that includes any of the fruit trees. we have 24 different varieties roughly 50 blueberry bushes, tons of different fig trees and you can pick anything you want for free. There will be thousands of blueberries this year.
