- Living area - 55" Roku TV, comfy leather sofa and barrel chair seating area along with fast Wi-Fi — perfect for streaming. The cozy gas-log fireplace—easily controlled by a simple thermostat—adds the quintessential mountain-retreat ambiance to your stay.
- Kitchen - Fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals including dishware, wine glasses, pots and pans, cutting boards, utensils, small appliances, etc. A dual Keurig (drip and k-cup option) will get you going in the morning - we provide some k-cups, creamers and sugars to get you started.
- Dining space - Seats 4 comfortably and there are some games, cards and puzzles for game night.

Bedrooms:
- King bed, 55" Roku TV, dresser, and clothing rack.
- Queen bed, desk/chair, and walk-in closet.

Each bedroom has it's own en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combination and is stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfy new beds with hotel quality linens help ensure a good sleep. Baseboard heat is controlled separately in each room to adjust to your comfort. The split floor plan adds privacy with the bedrooms off opposite sides of the living area.

Conveniences/Supplies:
The condo has a washer/dryer so you can pack light and refresh during your stay. We stock essentials such as paper products, soaps, towels, hotel-quality bed linens. There are basic seasonings ands cooking oils in the kitchen as well as a starter kit of k-cups of coffee, creamers and sugars.

Pet-Friendly Details -
- We welcome up to 2 dogs, each under 35 lbs (enforced per HOA rules).
- There is a designated dog walk lawn in the community, just steps outside the building.
- A pet fee applies for added cleaning/maintenance (add a pet to your reservation and the pet fee will be added automatically).

Other Details/Good to Know:
- Free parking for up to 2 vehicles
- 2nd-floor unit (stairs only — no elevator).
- For those traveling in warmer months - note that there is air conditioning in main living space; bedrooms are cooled with fans and mountain air. The living space has an AC unit but the bedrooms do not. Most evenings cool down in the mountains so you can open the windows or circulate air from the living area with the floor fans.
- Blowing Rock quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM.
- Some noise from neighbors or courtyard is possible — the complex is a mix of vacation rentals and full-time residents.

LOCATION:
The condo is just a short walk from Main Street and within minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Chetola, Tweetsie Railroad, Bass Lake, Moses Cone. You'll be right off HWY 321/221 and approx 15 min to App State/Boone.
