Nestled in the heart of York Beach, ME, our inviting beach house is a serene escape just steps from Short Sands’ surf and sand. Accommodating 7 guests, it features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, a picturesque farmer’s porch with a swing, and a delightful fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of walking to nearby Long Sands and Cape Neddick beaches, as well as local shops and restaurants. Your perfect coastal getaway for relaxation and beachside adventures awaits! 🌅🏖️🔥duplex home, right side for rent.

3 bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a TV, bedroom 2 has bunk beds, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds and a twin bed. All rooms except the dining room have ceiling fans.
Downstairs bathroom has a standup shower. Upstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub with an afterthought shower.
Driveway can fit 2 cars, you can fit another car on the right side of the barn on the grass, 3 total. You can park across the street at the ball field along the fence without a permit, but town does not allow overnight parking.
Yard is fenced in, porch has a gate, safe for small children.

Amazing stay

This is a fabulous cottage for a family, closed to York downtown and a 5 minutes walk to Short Sands. The house is very well equipped, exactly as described and the backyard is very nice for children. We are looking forward to come back next year!

Great host! Great location!

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location with a large backyard so you don’t feel crammed in unlike some rentals. Everything you’re looking for at Short Sands is just a short walk away. Park the car and leave it. The host was very pleasant and communicative. We look forward to staying again. Thank you!
