Everything about our stay was perfect. It was a short easy drive to the beach and it offered activities at the property while the baby napped. We would definitely rent again!

Our stay was wonderful! The property grounds is much larger than expected. You might share some of the grounds with other renters, but that's a non-issue: there is PLENTY of room for all to have your own space if wanted. You can crab (plenty), kayak (available on property), or throw a line in to see what you get, we caught some spot and a skate! My husband even had the pleasure of seeing river otters and it made his day!! We took a nice quick ride over to Assateague Island Park and never even had to enter the park as the wild horses were right at the base of the bridge, and it made our day once again. If you plan on going to Ocean City or West Ocean City (we loved this area) it is a very quick ride, but when you are done, you come home to your own little piece of serenity and you can sit by the firepit and just relax. The town of Berlin is very quaint and once again a very quick ride and great to go for an hour or two and then come home and just sit and enjoy the passing boats go by, Maybe have a drink and a burger under the bar with grill that sits right on the water If you want a little more excitement at night, you can take a ride over to the casino/racetrack which is around the corner for a few drinks and a roll of the dice. There is something for everyone in this area, and no better place to stay when you come! Hosts are easy to get in touch with if you have any questions as well. Stop thinking if you should and just do it! You will not regret it!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It's a very quiet and relaxing spot. The house is right on the bay, and we were able to go crabbing every day. It's a short drive into Ocean City. Great location, beautiful home. The host was so friendly and helpful too. We hope to stay here again next year!

Honestly a great stay overall.Location was amazing and the host was so communicative. The put in a new AC unit in less than a hour when we presented that it was too hot.We were welcomed with open arms and they were very understanding as well

PROS: Location was great, beautiful view, great yard, nice outdoor amenities. If you want a comfortable, clean, new place to lay your head during the night but are doing things outside all day, fantastic spot. Maybe 2 couples or a couple with kids would be the best scenario for this place. Close to major stores, restaurants, golf, etc.. but still felt like you were away from it all. CONS: It was smaller than anticipated. The page lists 3 bedrooms, but only 2. The smaller of the bedrooms includes a loft which requires a steep ladder climb. I assume the loft is considered a bedroom? I imagine kids would love it, but not sure adults would want to do that climb. We did not. The living area is small. We 4 had adults, but the only place to really sit comfortably is a couch that has 3 spots.All in all it I feel its a great place for the right scenario.
