The guest house was wonderful - clean and comfortable, and our hosts gave us some fresh eggs from their farm! It is a beautiful property and they were very hospitable. If the opportunity arises we would definitely try to stay here again.
Very comfy place. Perfect location to visit a Middlebury student. The host was wonderful - great communication. An added bonus was the farm fresh eggs! Highly recommend.
Anja is a great host. The property - a guest house on a huge farm - is both very rural and also just down the road from Middlebury. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it! Our teen loved sleeping in the loft.
My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son at Middlebury College. It is a very comfortable and cozy cottage. It has everything you need, specially in the kitchen and bathroom. And we greatly appreciated the farm fresh eggs. Thank you!
We stayed here the weekend my son graduated from UVM. Although it was an hour away from the school it was an easy drive in the morning since we never had to get on the highway. The guest house was nice and comfortable, the view was amazing and the hosts were very accommodating. Side note, my daughter and their dog were both named Mira.
My husband, myself, our 3 yr old and 4 month old came for the week. The view was amazing and the hosts were very friendly, and was the adorable cat. It was nice to have the extra room for the kids, kitchen, and the washer and dryer.
We stayed three nights in Anja's cute cottage on a beautiful farm during some cold days and nights in February. Less than 3 miles from Middlebury College, it was the perfect location for us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was what we needed (thanks for the coffee Anja), and there were clear instructions for operating the heating so that we could be warm as the temps dropped. Anja woke early to plow the driveway so that we could leave early to a ski race on Sunday. Will absolutely try to stay here again!
It certainly was sufficient for our needs. Pretty views. It was very cold in the house when we arrived and the shower could have had hotter water. It was quaint though.
