The house itself was nice. The furniture and rugs were stained. The pool was unavailable and hadn't been cleaned or treated recently. I rented this particular space for the pool and we were unable to use it due to algae and it needing to be cleaned and treated.

Very clean and organized. They had just about everything you could possibly need from cooking to even a simple organized junk drawer! Very pet friendly, my 3 dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Neighbors dogs were always outside barking through the fence but its there home not ours. Other then that we enjoyed our 5 night stay!

Furniture was soiled, had to cover everything with sheets to sit down. Sleeps 6, but only had 3 chairs and they were soiled as well as patio furniture. Had to borrow more chairs master bed slept well, but other 2 beds were unstable. Bathroom showers had mold. Host said she'd replace couches, never did.

Overall the stay was not bad, but definitely some pros and cons. House was old but nicely remodeled. Host was responsive with issues and nice on the phone. Location was good for what we needed, which was to be close to UWF and about 30 min from the beach. Now for the cons…. Within a week of our trip, the host said the pool might be under reconstruction during our stay. While that didn’t end up being the case, it DID end up being completely green from algae and dirt, which made it useless. The night we arrived, it was 75 in the house. We turned the thermostat down to 70 and by morning it was only down to 73 (outdoors the highs were only in the mid 80s). As such, we turned it down a bit more to 68, but by later that day the house had heated up to 80 degrees. Knowing something was wrong, we contacted the host and she was able to send an HVAC guy to fix it. The coils had frozen up and had to be thawed, but we finally got some relief later that evening. There were also ants all over in the kitchen. Some of this was obviously out of anyone’s control, but hoping for some financial compensation as a result of these problems. Overall not terrible but would not stay there again.

Had a great stay. Very clean and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and appreciated detergent pods provided to do a few loads of laundry before going home. Would definitely stay here again and will look to see if it’s available for my next stay in Pensacola.

Great stay!

Overall our stay was great! Property was generally clean and mostly updated with some bits of wear here and there but nothing to fuss over. The pool was far from a resort style BUT it was perfect for my boys to play in for hours when they had too much sand time. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood and close enough to everything we needed.

Great Location

The house was easy to find and located within 10 miles of everything we came to do. The backyard was completely fenced so perfect for the dogs to run and play. Exactly what we needed for our trip.

The property was fine with some nice upgrades, but there were many areas that were dirty. Bowl in cabinet full of crumbs. Kitchen table had food crumbs on it. Towels looked like they came from the garage. Sheets very thin/cheap. Furniture was basic and uncomfortable. It was a place to stay for our purpose but if I was on vacation I would have been even more disappointed. Also front door handle not secure at all.
