The house was just as described, clean, and accessible to all the nearby areas. Would definitely book again when in the area. Also a few nice things left behind, coffee pot, coffee to start the day off before heading out. Great place to check out if your in the area
Property is exactly as depicted in listing. Very close to downtown Camden. About 5 minute drive. Very clean and private area . Back deck was perfect for morning coffee. The grounds are beautifully maintained with wild flowers all around.Kitchen has all the appliances and a nespresso machine too! Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.
This property was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, it was close to downtown and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again or reccomend it to others.
This house is spotless clean, very comfortable, and the yard is gray for dogs. Accommodations were excellent & the house was stocked. The only minus is the lack of storage for clothing. Closets in each bedroom but no dressers or drawers. That said, we would definitely rent again.
Great stay if you want to be close to the lake and Camden but don’t want the crowded in town feel. (Only 6min drive to town.) Although the place is very nice and cozy, it is just that. Very cozy. We were a group of four adults and had a decent amount of luggage (6 Large suitcases and 4 carry ons camera bags). We ended up putting some in the living room area. Definitely not a deal breaker. There are some steep steps in a slightly tight stairwell to the second floor room and bathroom. Also not a deal breaker, but be prepared to put those good knees and back to work. The cabin is set up with everything you could need to make this your home away from home. One thing I will mention is communication isn’t great, mostly through the VRBO messaging. We never got the check in process and code. When you get the contact info I highly suggest just giving them a call on the phone. No big deal. Overall a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again! Thanks!
The home was absolutely lovely!! Such a nice touch with fresh flowers . Very clean, comfortable linens and the little extras that a bathroom might need if a guest forgot some toiletries. Only wish we had more than one night in the home!!
This place was so cute but also very functional for our family of four adults. The host provided several amenities that were unexpected, such as toothbrushes, razors, and extra towels. Highly recommend this for your visit to Camden area.

Cozy house with real charm, but “cozy” means small in ways that create practical problems, and there’s a gap between what past reviews describe and what we got.Space: Sleeps 5, but only 2 chairs in the living room. Downstairs bedroom has no nightstand and no room for luggage. Upstairs bedroom only fits one bedside table. When the sofa bed is pulled out, that guest’s luggage has nowhere to go but the living room floor.Outlets/AC: Only one outlet per bed instead of one per side. AC is bedroom-only — none in common areas, where the sofa bed is, so that sleeper has no AC overnight.Bathrooms: No exhaust fan upstairs. Downstairs body wash was empty on arrival.Amenities: Past reviews mention fresh flowers and Nespresso pods; we got neither.Check-in/out: No instructions sent through the app either time. Had to contact the host directly to get in, and messages at checkout went unanswered.Laundry: Nice to have, but no detergent, and the dryer had a load running when we arrived. Host said they use OxiClean, which isn’t a detergent substitute.Charming spot, great location, but needs more attention from the owner, basic fixes and clearer communication.

A Sweet cottage
A very clean and sweet little place no where near walking to downtown Camden
One of the best places we have ever rented. It was a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. Very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The fresh flowers on the table were a nice touch. It was a short drive to the shopping area in Camden. Wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely rent here again.
The house was small but suited our needs. Town of Camden is cute and the house was in great proximity without being overly busy. Street traffic was loud during the day if out in the yard but it didn’t bother us as we spent our time at the state park conveniently located nearby.
My 3 friends and I had a delightful experience at the Cozy Cottage. It is adorable, tastefully appointed, very clean, comfortable and surpassed our every expectation! The beds are comfy, the kitchen and baths are supplied with everything you would need. Grab this place if you can and enjoy!
We loved our stay, it was a bit outside of town but just beautiful to have a little room. The furnishings were outstanding and we loved all the nice upgrades. We loved the fresh flowers. The linens were wonderful, love the higher end finishes! The town was just perfect, we loved Buttermilk Kitchen and the best whoopie pie at Camden Deli! Thanks!
It’s a charming house, well appointed with comfortable furniture. Nice touches like fresh flowers, Nespresso maker and pods, various toiletries. The back deck overlooks a wooded area with a babbling brook.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's a short drive to the Camden Snow Bowl and from downtown Camden. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The attention to detail was appreciated. We imagine it would be a great place to stay in the Summer months. Overall we highly recommend!
This house is PERFECTION. Bonny was absolutely wonderful to deal with, super attentive and friendly. The house was clean, well appointed and so comfortable. I would recommend booking this house over and over and if we ever go back to Camden, I will absolutely try to stay here again.
