The condo was as advertised. There were many supplies in the kitchen and closets. Towels were very nice. Suggestions provided were to replace bed pillows and fix gap underdoor. It was exactly what we needed...easy parking, quick walk to the beach, and first floor location.

Spring Break

Nice Condo with everything we needed and was close enough to walk to the beach but we ended up driving as there was a parking lot right at the beach

Needs improvement

It would be helpful if they had a manual explaining the television, trash, recycling, laundry codes, etc. There is a big gap under the door that allows bugs to enter. Killed a few. Also, a terrible order (musty smell) that permeated everything. All our clothes had to be washed when we returned home. Carl was quick to send a hairdryer when there was not one in the condo as stated on the listing. The remote issue in the livingroom was never resolved. We loved the location and the neighbors were friendly.
