Open-concept kitchen and living room is ideal for gatherings. French doors in the kitchen open up into the sun room, perfect for your morning cup of coffee.

Dad & daughter trip to relax and see fall foliage. Started to get a hotel room and decided on this house instead. So glad I did! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And easy walk to the beach and conveniently located for everything else we wanted to do. The owner was very gracious and quick to respond to communication. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Annual Family get away in York Beach

Being able to walk to the beach was a great plus. We brought our own sheets and towels, but other than that, the cottage had what we needed and was very comfortable.

We had a great week in York staying here. The house was clean and well equipped. There were 6 of us, plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The beds were comfy. It was our second year staying at this house, will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. There were 6 of us and it was plenty big enough and met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and other attractions. Kitchen and living area was a generous size. Beds were comfortable. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. In fact, we'd definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Host responded very quickly to a question that I had.

We had a super time. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and in good working order. A/C and some new appliances. Laundry room. 2 nice bathrooms with showers. Half a mile to Long Sands. We would love to stay again.
