The house had everything we needed for the long weekend for our family and kiddos. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and we greatly appreciated the fenced in backyard and outdoor seating for some spectacular late-summer mornings. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to both university campuses and plenty of excellent restaurants and activities.

Everything was great. Two minor things there was no wine bottle opener in the kitchen and main bedroom’s bathroom door was difficult to lock.

Beautiful and cozy home

My family and I decided to have family fun weekend and needed a place to stay near by. Ms. Ruiz was so helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. Her home was above and beyond what we expected and super comfortable. I would definitely return. Thank you!!

We were in Durham visiting family, and our group of 8 fit in this house perfectly. The house was well equipped and we appreciated all the little details that made it feel special. We come to Durham from time to time, and we hope to stay here again.
