The property was not as clean as many of the places we’ve stayed on Key Allegro. We also noticed that some basic hospitality items typically provided in vacation rentals, such as soap and shampoo, were not available.During our stay, we found discarded vape devices underneath one of the beds and an empty beer can outside near the table. The downstairs bathroom also appeared to have mold around parts of the shower area.We were additionally charged an extra 250 cleaning fee after already paying a cleaning fee, pet fee, and extension fee. Prior to checkout, we completed two loads of dishes and washed and dried all towels according to the checkout instructions.Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we would likely choose a different property in the future.We truly love Key Allegro and have been visiting the island for decades. It remains one of our favorite places, which made this experience especially disappointing.

Cute beach canal house

We had a great time. The house was amazing. Perfect location. So much room. Decor was cute. Very cute neighborhood. We have a family house in Aransas but needed more room to fit everyone that was staying at the coast for the weekend. I’d definitely stay there again!
