My first time on a houseboat. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. Near downtown Pensacola. No problem finding parking, right next to marina door. Very relaxing and quiet while sitting on the porch. I definitely recommend staying there.

It is a very clean and lovely houseboat. I would say the cleanness is better than some hotels. I give it 20 stars out of 10. Restaurants and airport are very close to the marina, we enjoy the short distance drive :) This fishing is very good, too! I caught catfish, croaker, white trout, stingray, mangrove snapper and redfish. I caught a decent size 19" red fish with frozen shrimp. I am a very happy fisherman. The host, Kristy is very friendly and helpful as well.We are definitely coming back, we both enjoyed the house so much!

One of the best vacations we have taken. We enjoyed staying on the houseboat and just sitting on the porch. We saw all sorts of sea life, fish, crabs, alligator and a dolphin. The houseboat was very clean. The bathroom had great towels and plenty of tp, shampoo and soap. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of coffee pods to use. Two large screen tv's to watch and a comfortable bed. We plan of going back in the future.

Loved our houseboat at the end of the dock. Very peaceful and relaxing. Another benefit is the location is within easy walking distance to downtown Pensacola and the many restaurants. Hope to be back next year.

Overall, this property is a 10 in all categories. The host, Kristy, responds quickly, ensures easy check in, and is available at any time you need her. Stacy, the housekeeper maintains the property like it is her own. You will not find a cleaner VRBO property anywhere. The house boat is close to everything downtown and the iconic Fish House restaurant is located adjacent to the marina. The property and the surrounding area are safe and well lit at night. For a great experience I highly recommend Doc Holiday at the Seville Marina. It is special.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and quiet. We loved the views from the back porch. We enjoyed calm mornings looking out at the water watching the boats move in and out of the marina. There is also lighting under the dock at night, so you can watch the fish swim. The location is amazing. We walked a few minutes to downtown Pensacola to enjoy shopping and food. It is also a 15 minute drive to the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier. I didn't feel too much movement within the house (as it is floating) but on the back porch and walking on the dock to the place, you can feel movement of the water. I wouldn't let that discourage you though, as this was such a fun and unique experience.

Absolutely FABULOUS stay. Houseboat 4 has the best location in the marina with views of the water and bay. Privacy too as it's at the very end of the dock walkway. Clean, comfortable and modern. Stacy made our check-in perfect and made us feel very welcomed. We brought our 19ft boat and docked right across the front porch. Easy access in and out of the marina. Fantastic sunrise facing east.
