Quiet Getaway 15-25 Minutes to Beaches

Check-in and Wifi info given to us before arrival.Quiet neighborhood.The pool area is great with the canal beyond the backyard.Fishing in the canal and numerous birds to watch.Very affordable within 25 minutes of a few different beaches.George has a great place!

Oasis at the beach

We enjoyed our week stay at this clean and beautiful home. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made sure the house properly accommodated our stay. The pool area is so nice with the netted surround. Close to restaurants and stores and we also cooked in a couple nights with the available pots and pans. Was a very relaxing stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better property or location to stay at! The house itself is beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. From the moment we walked in and throughout our week, we throughly enjoyed the house! It was 20 minutes from Englewood Beach and 30 minutes from our families house in Punta Gorda! We had a wonderful week here and recommend it to anyone looking to stay!

This house was AMAZING! Decor and furniture were nice. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. My parents could not say enough how much they were glad i booked this vacation. Let's not forget the pool in the screened in lanai. We were IN LOVE!! I'm so happy we were able to book this stay and the pictures were accurate! Thank you for helping to make this birthday trip for my husband and mom to come down to see my brother a huge success!

Great Place to stay!!!! 5 Stars. The house was just as pictured. Spotless!!!! Very Clean. We took our kids who are in their early 20's down and the LOVED it. The Pool was heated, big, with plenty of pool toys, nice size Lanai. Canal was so nice to sit by. Big Yard with Swings and sliding board!!!Perfect size living room, Dining room and Kitchen. I cook and bake, so having EVERYTHING and I mean Everything is Fantastic! Tons of Glasses, Dishes, Silverware, Utensils, Mixer, Pots and Pans, I could go on. Spacious Bedrooms, bathrooms, Closets, TV's (3) and Ceiling fans, Central Air. George our Host was Exceptional. Very Great communications. We had a power outage while we were out visiting family, and the pool stopped running. Called George and someone was out in a couple of hours. Nice neighborhood, quiet, but Restaurant's, shopping, Church, Malls, within a 5 to10 minute drive. We will Definitely be renting again in the near future. 10 stars from us.

I loved every moment of the trip. I wasn’t aware his son had to stop by, twice! Air conditioning company had to come by. Dryer was told wasn’t working, he called & it was working properly! He wanted to come by. Didn’t mind until it was something each day! I told him thank you,It’s crazy I took video of when we arrived at property & sent to company VRBO because skimmer he stated was broken was on table when we arrived. Sheets & pillows were in garage on top and on floor of the garage! He sent me pics stating it was left a mess, I have a video when I left at 8:26am June 22,2025 & all I left was 3 candy wrappers & a box of meds (stomach) empty that I forgot. He took a pic after he or she threw on floor’ my video shows it was on nightstand! There was hair on floor in guest bathroom I am guessing from the brush & he said that was well, a mess. I am sorry I didn’t vacuum that. I took a video of us leaving the sheets and pillow cases the way we were asked & placed them where he asked! Also took all trash out & put inside bags in dumpster & taken to curb! We even washed all towels we had used & folded then placed them back. Not my job, but we did! We’ve stayed each month when we travel & never get complaints! I’ve never left nor broken anything in any place we’ve visited’ To try charging my card 350.00 for wrappers & for hair & a skimmer that was on table when we arrived, is beyond me! We played a cleaning fee & I left dishes done & put away & never once left dirty!
