Perfect beach cottage!

This was absolutely the perfect little beach house! Right on the beach, very cute interior, porch was half covered so you could sit out in the middle of the day, outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off before going inside….Owner was fabulous in helping w/ a missed cleaning before we checked in. Cannot wait to stay here again when we want a quiet, peaceful stay at the beach!

The house has great location, on a short dead-end street, right on the beach with easy access. A great grocery store and diner within walking distance. 15-20 minutes from Galveston proper.

The location was excellent. The views were great. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is needing some minor repairs. It did have air conditioning, but the window units struggled to keep up with the heat and humidity of the day. Overall for a short stay, it was good. If we would have stayed longer, it wouldn't have been adequate.

We stayed at this house 2 years ago & booked it again for 9/5-9/8 we enjoyed it. Asked to check in early they told us the earliest was 2:30 which was fine we would have liked to check in at 2 since we got there earlier than expected but it all worked out. There were a few things broken on the deck & fence but i emailed the host & let them know. The only thing i would suggest is if you have guests checking in is to turn the ACs on at least an hour or 2 before guest arrive because the thermostat read it was 95 in the house & it took it awhile to cool down. Other than that we spent 90% of the time on the beach & it was absolutely perfect.

Great Little Beachfront Property Exactly As Described

Nice little beach house good for a small family. Reminds me of the lake cabin my aunt and uncle had years ago. Not as large as the neighboring properties but it's facing the same ocean. Very pleasant overall.

Awesome view and great location

Great location for a small group. Perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Appliances look new and house was neat and clean. Shaded deck with terrific view of the Gulf.

Quite getaway

Very nice and clean house. Easy access to the beach. Love the view from the covered deck. Wish the grill would have been there and the washer and dryer would help with wet clothes but overall it was well worth the price and will rent again.
