We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in downtown Knoxville. The space was spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy living area, and two great bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our trip - close to everything and especially convenient for the Tennessee football game.The owners were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. A couple of items, didn’t impact our stay but thought you may want to be aware. There is mold on the ceiling in the kitchen area from a water leak. Also- sheets on fold out couch were extremely dirty. Had a wonderful time and it’s a beautiful condo.

Thank you for the feedback. We will absolutely talk to our cleaner about the sheets on the fold-up couch. She is instructed to change after each cleaning. As far as the spot on the ceiling, we are waiting on the HOA to repair it as the roof had to be repaired before they could get to us. It should be repaired in the next few weeks.
