High Rock Acres is a beautiful mountainside community, with great views. Brand new and farmhouse modern. Only 25 minutes from Asheville center, 25 minutes to Lake Lure/Chimney Rock, and just 10 minutes to Black Mountain (a classic 'Hallmark Channel' town). This location gives you a great balance of a secluded nature experience, but being only a few minutes to quaint Black Mountain, with all of its restaurants, cafés, bars, and unique shopping experiences. Note that 4 wheel drive not needed.

Your apartment is at the lower level of our home. You have full access to the whole lower level; apartment, deck exterior, two car garage for laundry.

The town of Black Mountain is rich with restaurants. It's a very well know tourist stop over. As such there are too many to list here. It's best use a simple Google search. We are happy to make specific recommendations.

Other things to note:

There is space for 1 car to park near the home. Pull up just to the right of the two car garage; careful to not block it. A single guest parking space is also provided half way up the driveway at it's widest point.
