House appears to be recently renoved and was very nice. Everything in the house was as advertised, and we had a great stay. The property is less than 200 feet from the ATV/snowmobile corridor trail and a couple of blocks from gas station so it worked out great as a base for our SxS excursions. The large concrete pad was great for unloading and parking the SxSs and double trailer.The lakeshore was the only issue as the lake was very low and it would have been near impossible to use a boat, but as our adventures were land-based this time it did not impact our enjoyment. Would definitely book again.

Convenient, clean, comfortable. We were there for our grandsons’ hockey game so it was winter weather. While it was fun to see snowmobiles on the lake, this would be a great summer vacation spot. We also felt very safe. Host was great at communicating!

Great memories were made on our week long trip to Shell Lake. Had a great week relaxing and fishing. We like that the property is located close to town, allowing us to walk to the restaurant. The home has a well stocked kitchen area. The owner was very responsive in our communications.The owner said the lake level is down considerably this year. Unfortunately, we were unable to dock our 20 ft pontoon at the pier as it was too shallow. Guests may want to inquire about this if bringing your own boat.

Very Clean. Newly renovated. Close to trail, public beach, playground and town. Beds are comfortable. The beach is private and sandy. Shallow water for kids to play. Dock available for boat. We had a wonderful week with family. We will return.

The house smelled very musty, we opened windows to air it out upon arrival.The master suite tub was too high for Mom to step into. She used the shower in the other bathroom.Otherwise, all went well, thank you.

Nice property. CleanWould stay again. King and queen beds comfortable.The guys who slept in the twin beds said they were not very comfortable. Close to the golf courses they were golfing.
