THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside to one of the best backyards in the neighborhood. A large wood deck with a 4-person dining table and gas grill is perfect for cookouts, and just steps away sits a stone fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs with string lights overhead — firewood is always stocked and ready. The fully fenced yard gives families with young kids plenty of room to roam safely.

THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 (King): King bed with an attached en suite full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Includes a 43" Roku Smart TV, dresser, closet with hangers, iron, ironing board, and garment steamer.
Bedroom 2 (Queen): Queen bed with a 43" Roku Smart TV, closet with hangers. A Pack n Play and children's high chair are stored in the closet — available for families who need them.
Bedroom 3 (Queen): Queen bed with ample dresser and closet storage. No TV in this room — perfect as a quiet sleeping space.

BATHROOMS
The en suite in Bedroom 1 features a tub/shower combo. The second full bathroom, shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3, also features a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer and garment steamer are also available.

THE KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals — pots, pans, cookware, and all the essentials. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are both provided, along with K-Cups, sugar, and shelf-stable creamer to get your first morning started. The dining table seats 6 comfortably.

THE LAKES & BEACHES
Big Paw Paw Lake public access is about a 10-minute walk from the front door. Little Paw Paw Lake's public beach — a small sandy stretch — is a 15–20-minute walk. For Lake Michigan, Hagar Park beach is just a 10-minute drive, Silver Beach in St. Joseph is 25 minutes, and Warren Dunes State Park — with its towering sand dunes and miles of hiking — is 30 minutes away.

THE AREA
Coloma sits along the Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail, with several highly-rated wineries and fruit orchards within 10–20 minutes. The historic waterfront towns of St. Joseph, South Haven, and Saugatuck are all within 30–40 minutes and make for excellent day trips. Whether you're here for the beaches, the wine trail, or simply to unwind by the lake, this home puts you right in the middle of it all.

GOOD TO KNOW
This home uses well water, which can occasionally carry a light mineral scent — completely normal for the area. Filtered water pitchers and complimentary bottled water are stocked in the fridge on arrival. For best water pressure, plan to run the washer or dishwasher in the evening rather than during peak morning hours. One kitchen closet is reserved for owner storage and is locked.
