This oceanfront home provides the luxury of the beach in your backyard, hot tub outside your room, and great entertainment in each room!

The Master:
The master bedroom is defined by the views through the glass door that overlooks the beach and ocean. This view is only mildly obscured by the 6-person hot tub located directly through the door. This hot tub has a lounge style seat and lighted waterfall. From the hot tub you will have perfect views of the beach below with the backdrop of the Atlantic. If that isn't enough the 40' TV is capable of turning to face the hot tub through the glass door, so you don't miss a thing. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress that is almost too comfortable. Finally, the master suite is accompanied by a private bathroom.
The Bunk Room:
The bunk room is book ended by to large bunk beds the kids will enjoy. The HD TV that is installed with a moveable mount for optimum viewing.
Bedrooms 3&4:
These rooms are ideal for other adult or young adult travelers. Both rooms are equipped with wireless internet TV, king size beds with 6 built in drawers and memory foam mattresses.
The Living Room:
The living room is defined by a large wireless internet HDTV that is also moveable and has an HD/DVR for cable. ((All TVs in the home can access an USB thumb drive with music/video/pictures already loaded on it.)) Watch in the comfortable embrace of the sectional sofa or oversized chair.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
There is seating for 9 in the kitchen and dining area (3 bar stools, 6 dining chairs). With 2 more chairs in the Pantry next to the trash and recycling bins. Along with the Pantry there is an Utility closet. There is also a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, smooth-top oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, and disposal.
The Outside:
Outside has, on the upper deck, 3 bar height chair with connecting tables and a chaise lounge. The lower deck, outside the master, is where the private 6-person hot tub awaits. From the lower deck is the private (only shared by the adjoining unit) beach access.

Birthday Weekend

My wife wanted to get a few friends together, at the beach, WITH A HOT TUB, for her birthday weekend. We were fortunate enough to find this fantastic place! This place was exactly what we wanted. The views are great, and the location is even better!

Great location right on the beach

My family and parents stayed here for a week. The location was amazing and right on the beach. Lots of small shops and food spots, including the pier, within walking distance! This was perfect for us, considering we had two kids in our group (6 and 4 years old). Five stars!

Nice weekend getaway!

Location was wonderful! Right on the beach, and just a little over a half mile walk to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the pier. Owner was fantastic to work with and made check-in and checkout very easy. Also, linens were provided by Me and Mom Rentals, and were excellent! They were folded nicely in the bins, labeled as to what size they were, and very soft, comfortable and smelled wonderful. Nice stay!

Fabulous Weekend

This property was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! House is in a great location - right on the beach and close enough that we could walk to the pier and a few restaurants. Also enjoyed a lot of time on the outside decks just watching the ocean. Hope to visit again soon!

Beachfront Stay

Landlord was excellent at responding and meeting all of our needs. House was as pictured, mildly less clean than I like but not unbearable, some sand at the one entrance and spots on the walls and doors that could have been cleaner. Sadly other renters should just clean up better after themselves obvisiously the cleaning person cannot thoroughly wipe every wall every time, where someone spills a drink, etc. Although the linen service was a bit pricey - we were assured the bedding and towels were clean. Excellent location, close to food and shopping.

Perfect spot right on the beach!

Great place and great location. Right on the beach and our whole family loves it. Hot tub off the master bedroom was great to relax in. Everything worked and the place was clean. Owner was great to work with and responded to any questions quickly. Already planning to rent again next 4th of July!

Amazing location

We really enjoyed our trip. The owner was very helpful with questions prior to arrival. Upon arrival we needed some assistance and the owner was prompt with response and resolution. You truly can’t beat the location. You step off the porch onto the sand. Not far from the bridge, pier, restaurants, etc. The beach was nice and big and at high you can hear the waves all night. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water at sunset and in the evening with drinks! The home itself has all the basics necessities. We enjoyed the home and the beach access could not be beat.

Beach Front, but lots left to be desired

This property is on the beach, but the location was strange. It is off the road, behind another duplex, just the same as this one. There were holes in the walls. Food under the couches, from previous visitors. Ants and roaches seen around. Also the outlets in the kitchen would short circuit when we were not even using the outlets. Lights were out throughout . Fixtures obviously fell off walls, doors, and either were not replaced or were put back in different places. Access from inside the house to the beach was through the master bedroom, which became awkward, as we had two families staying. The ones not using that room felt like they must go down all flights of stairs to the back and walk from there around to the beach. Balcony is off the kitchen, but has not stairs to the beach. Screws in deck and door hangle, rusting and falling apart. Strange location and needs more TLC. Beach itself was wonderful. Kids had a blast in the waves.

Family Vacation

This location is fantastic. The owner was very communicative. Lots of good space for two/three families. Property needed some tlc. Tired, lots of things in need of fixing. the ceiling fan in the living room did not work and the outside shower and tap were not working. (This would have been really useful in removing the sand from the beach.) There were troughs outside for washing our feet, but this was difficult to replenish. Found an outside hose that worked, as we were leaving. For the amount we paid, it was disappointing to find no tea towels, a can opener that didn't work, as an example. The property needed to be cleaner and could have done with some fresh paint. There were no luxuries. I would also have appreciated not having to bring along 3 or 4 lots of bedding and bathroom towels, but I knew that going in. We had a good time here and it worked well for us. I LOVED the location and the access to the beach. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony in the evening, enjoying a drink and watching the sun go down. We did have a good time, but it could have been even better.

Steps to heaven

There was alot light didn't work key code wasn't programed last renters didn't leave keys owner gave us his only key which made it hard for 3 family stay there microwave door handle needs fixed still waiting on deposit. Into my account I cleaned all it great house to rent

Beautiful oceanfront home!

We loved the home and the ocean. Caught every sunrise and sunset! It would have been nice if there were some beach chairs, umbrella and iron though! Need to consider that some people fly in! None-th-less, we had a marvelous visit and hope to come back next year!

Beautiful Beach View

We had a wonderful week on Topsail. The direct access to the beach was perfect for our family. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The porch overlooking Topsail Island was our favorite place in the mornings having coffee. We do wish the cleaning company had taken a little more time and cleaned it thoroughly. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice property, good location

The property was well situated right on the beach. We loved being able to walk right out to the surf. The rooms were nice and the kitchen well stocked with dishware. Everyone had enough space to spread out. We had an issue with the dishwasher on the first day, but it was promptly fixed- no need to do dishes by hand while on vacation. The only negatives I can comment to are 1. I would recommend is more hooks in the bathrooms etc for swimsuits and bath towels 2. the hot tub went green on us.

Beautiful Location

The home was easy to find. Key lock box was nice to have. The location of the home was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants but not too close. The lay out of the home was nice and worked perfectly for our family. Would we book this place again?? Most definitely. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you!

Great Location and Access

We had a great time over a long weekend. Gathering and sleeping areas were suitable. The views and access to the beach were great. There was plenty of space. The only negative was that the hot tub had not been cleaned recently (maybe skipped with the recent tropical storm).

My wife and I were both raised in the North East and spent some time on the West Coast as well. We can understand what it is like to live in a busy city. This is what allows us to fully appreciate the calming pace of the waves with the smiles and laughter of the people in this community.

Why they chose this property

We decided to become a part of this community more for the people and the history but we were amazed when we found this home. My wife and I both spent a lot of time on this island even before we met, it is poetic that we are a part of the community now.
The convenience to shops, the ocean, restaurants, and all the activities are the main reasons.

Professional licensed massage therapist will come to the property for private massage and the views from the private hot tub!
