Relaxing oasis on beautiful Northeast Pond! This waterfront property on prime lakefront location offers unlimited possibilities and spectacular views!
Located on the border of Maine and New Hampshire, its an easy commute from Boston.

Grass yard with fire pit. Large deck overlooking the lake, perfect for entertaining or relaxation.

36 foot aluminum dock and separate floating dock with slide. Canoe available for use. Northeast Pond is large and deep, great for fishing and recreational activities. Jet ski and pontoon boat rental nearby. Boat launch also available if you decide to bring your own (boat whips are set up on property dock to use).

The cottage is on a private dead end road. Loons and eagles frequently heard and sighted. 10 minute walk to Maine ice cream stand. Good roads for biking. Nearby farm stands for fresh produce and pick-your-own fruit.

Full central air conditioning!

Adventurous vacationers can sky dive in town at Skydive New England.

Great family vacation! The lake was serene and quiet. The house was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. It was quaint and homey, but also allowed everyone to have some space to themselves. Can't wait to visit again!

This cottage was perfect for our stay! Very clean, nice area. Sandie was incredibly easy to work with and provided all information we needed. Check in was a breeze and the lake was beautiful! The cottage looks exactly like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Lakefront vacation

Lovely spotless small home on a beautiful lake. Large deck and grassy lawn face lake for peaceful experience day and night. Quiet friendly neighborhood on dead end road. Water is warm and clean with dock and stair options though lake bottom is gravelly so boat shoes helpful here. Wonderful swimming!

After a really stressful year, I was looking for a quiet beautiful place to recharge. This cottage was perfect. The lake early in the morning in fall is breathtaking, water like glass. The cottage has everything you need. I will be back!

Loved It In Lebanon

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lebanon. The home was even nicer in person and the waterfront was literally steps from the back door. The owner, Sandi, was very responsive and pleasant. The only disappointment was that the raft with the slide was not available. I would definitely consider this rental again!!

Lovely Lake Cottage!

This is a lovely, clean cottage!! We had a marvelous time boating and swimming! The location is great and the owner was wonderful!! All you need for a great getaway!

perfect vacation

My husband and I just got back from a 5 day trip to this nice little cottage on the Maine/N.H. border. The property was excellent and working with Sandie (the owner) was quite easy. The yard was well taken care of and there a few feet away was a dock with boat whips. My husband's dream. He brought his bass boat and we spent many hours cruising the lake and fishing. One night there was a brief storm that knocked the power out but there is a automatic generator that kicked on right away. This place is set up for a very restful, layed back vacation. One thing for sure, we WILL be back.

Wonderful getaway!

What a perfect spot for our family! We live about 30 minutes away and this worked out fantastic for our family and friends to come visit and enjoy the lake time as well. The dock was great for our boat and our friends boat so we could all play on the tube and go fishing. Sandie was great to work with and made everything easy peasy! The neighbors are wonderful and friendly as well! I think we'll be dropping by their place to visit the next time we take the boat for the day. The house was neat, clean and homey, just the way our family likes it. It was so convenient having laundry facilities and the central air is so nice when the temps get a bit high.

Lovely fall escape!

We had a fabulous time cooking, hanging out, watching the fall colors reflected in the lake and stargazing during a meteor shower. As a lover of purple the decor definitely won me over. I think the upstairs was even better than the listing made it look! Heat worked well, mattress on the queen bed was comfy, wifi seemed reliable. Would have appreciated a little more counter space in the kitchen but we made it work. Hope to visit again sometime when it's warm enough to go swimming!

Perfectly relaxing getway

This house was perfect for my fiance and I for a week getaway. The house was extremely clean, and coordinating with Sandie was very easy. Perfect place to hang outside by the fire, do some off shore fishing, or load canoe/kayaks into the water and hang out on the lake! It was a very quiet area, very comfortable house, and we would certainly stay here again.

Great little cottage and plenty of room for children of all ages. Excellent waterfront views and lake access. Extremely neat, clean and serene. Cottage offered everything you would need and more. Highly recommended and would look forward to returning next summer. Grateful vacation from NH.
