Home was very nice and clean. Well stocked with everything you need plus extra. The owner was very nice and checked on us as soon as we arrived to see if the family needed anything. Thanks again for the stay I will definitely return.

Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable! Our stay was centered around outdoor activities- Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and Seven bridges so the location was perfect!!!

Great place to stay

The house was very clean. It was well stocked. It is nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family. Location is convenient to all of the tourist attractions we were going to. Very nice neighborhood. I would recommend this for a great place to stay and would book again when vacationing in the area. Great communication with the host.

Very nice property. Quiet neighbor, easy to find, accessible to main roads. The only drawback was it was a two story and my eldery mother had difficulty with the stairs. The property did not list that detail....just a minor issue, but we made it work for us.

Overall, Had a pleasant stay

The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for me and my family. The amenities were great, plenty of towels, condiments. Etc.The host was very quick to respond. We had two issues. 1) the coffee maker did not work. They did provide instant coffee and offered to bring a new one. But we were leaving early the next day, we didn’t actually need one any longer.2) The water would not heat up in the master bath. I let it run for about 15 minutes. But it was mildly warm at best. Showers and sinks were fine with hot water just not the bathtub.I gave it 4 stars because of those two reasons. Coffee is a must for my whole family. Having instant was a savior for the caffeine but the taste is lacking. And I don’t have a tub at home. I picked this property over others because they had a coffee maker and a nice big bathtub. I recognize that this is a bit picky for some folks. So I will follow up and say the everything else about this place was wonderful!
