Great house, especially for groups that are looking for consistent accommodations. In so many trips, someone inevitably gets stuck with “the bad room.” Not the case here. Each room had a good bed and good space. The basement unit was a hidden gem. House had charm and interest while also being kept up to date and comfortable. Neighborhood was reasonable. Short walk to a couple of good grocery stores and a handful of restaurants. Quick scooter or ride share to just about any corner of central or south Denver.Host was responsive and courteous. Would stay again.
Ania & Daniel were awesome host for our group. They were so helpful with sharing what accommodations they had to help with a baby in our group and were very prompt on answering questions. The house was awesome and the lower level area is great for having a separate area like an apartment. There were plenty of house amenities for cooking and drinking supplies. Having coffee makers in both areas was great for early mornings. Location is great to be able to walk around the area and find restaurants. The backyard area was great to sit and enjoy mornings and evenings. One great perk was having an area to be able to park our vehicle instead of trying to find parking on the street. Again thank you Ania & Daniel for hosting our group. If we need a place to stay in Denver again we will be looking at your place again!!!
Our daughter was getting married and needed a place big enough for all of us(4 adult children, their significant others, and the two of us). This place was perfect! There was plenty of space both inside and outside. My husband and I took the downstairs apartment which was amazing to have our own space. We spent some evenings sitting outside and enjoying the ambience of the patio area. The walk to Cheeseman Park is just a few blocks and getting to grocery stores was very easy.
