Experience the exclusivity of this one-of-a-kind beach townhouse that has never been available as a rental before. Nestled along Monterey Bay, this home features upscale amenities such as heated ambient flooring throughout, custom ceiling work, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, two wood-burning fireplaces, smart tvs throughout and four private decks to enjoy the coastal breeze.
The layout includes three inviting rooms: an upstairs private King suite, first levl private guest bedroom with a Queen and a private deck, and upstairs Guest room suite with a Queen bed, and a separate area with Twin Bunk Beds. There is a Twin Ottoman Sofa Sleeper for an extra guest- it can be moved around to whichever room is most comfortable. Walk-in showers are found in both the master and guest bathrooms, with an additional bathroom downstairs and a separate bath room housing a walk-in soaking tub. Every bathroom boasts heated flooring and custom ceilings, while the master bedroom features a walk-in closet and sitting area to enjoy their private fireplace and ocean views.
Enjoy the warmth of two wood-burning fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the master. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, a dishwasher, two mini fridge drawers, double ovens and induction stove. The home offers four patio decks with partial ocean views—decks located upon the entry, living room, master bedroom, and another guest bedroom.
Once called "The Submarine" for its unique under-the-sea-themed room, the house brings the underwater world to life with lush green sea kelp, rich blue tones, and sea porthole windows. The condo was a well appointed place to stay for car week. The location was pretty far from Carmel but worked out fine.

My friend and I brought my daughter and a friend for her 16th birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time. This house has everything you could possibly need and is visually stunning! We gave the teens the giant master upstairs, (they were living their best lives ;) and we took the jelly fish room downstairs. It was a total vibe and so relaxing after spending the day with teenagers. The whole house was decorated beautifully and the views are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and can ’t wait to come back.

It’s a beautiful condo and the location could not be better. However, several things did not work well in the condo. The most annoying thing was the heating system. Many of the thermostats located in the condo would not reset to allow heat to come on. There were space heater in living room but that was not preferred. The shower in master bathroom leaked water from under the door. And the downstairs toilet did not flush well. And the downstairs bath tub was not able to get filled high enough to use it since the hot water ran out befit was up high enough for jets in tub to be used.

We're currently working with the owner to upgrade the heating system, and we've replaced the master shower door seal to address the leakage.
