Walking distance to Long Sands Beach

This freshly updated, cozy studio cottage is located just 200 yards from Long Sands Beach. This cottage has 1 queen bed & 1 full size bed, sleeping 4 people. It provides the perfect get away for a couple or a small family. It is a studio, so there are no walls separating the bedroom.

The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals. There is a Keurig so bring your pods. There is a dining area for four. There is a screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shared yard which provides a nice outside area for the kids to play after a day at the beach. The yard includes picnic tables and a gas fire pit table. Gas grills are provide so you barbecue your favorite foods and enjoy your meal at the picnic table or on your deck.

There are 2 washers and dryers in the basement and are free for our guests to use. There are some boggie boards and sand toys in the basement for the kids to enjoy.

There are restaurants in walking distance, and it only a mile and half to the York Zoo, arcades, and shopping.

Guests will need to provide their own linens and towels. (1 Queen bed & 1 Full size bed.)

A nice stay

The place was perfect for a couple who wants to have a nice and quiet stay. It's really near the beach for those who prefer Long Sands like us. We really want to come back!

Quaint getaway

The property is just a short walk from the beach and has all the amenities needed for a beach stay. The washer and dryer access is a nice bonus. The unit is small and can be challenging when dealing with little kids. We made it work and had a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed a fantastic labor day long weekend away in York!

I luv these cottages. Really enjoy the location to walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The only issue we had was the floors are really squeaky so if someone gets up - you all wake up. LOL :-)

Amazing Family Getaway

Just returned from a long weekend. This house is amazing. So charming, clean and well stocked. Beds were all comfortable. Multiple porches to relax on. Can't beat the location! Easy walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants, bars and shops in the area!! We loved the quaint downtown. Also loved using the firepit! Owners were great to work with!!

All I needed

This was a great vacation. The studio is all i really needed. There are 2 beds, a kitchen, a table for eating at and the bathroom. There is a small sunroom to relax and read as well as an outside table and chairs on the deck. It is walking distance to the beach and convenient to local restaurant. I rode my bicycle to friend's locations and into town.
