This apartment was perfect for our stay. The tile was beautiful and was located in a neighborhood where mostly locals live with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. I recommend renting a car and driving to the local beaches. We will be back

The apartment location is great..it is nearby a great beach (easy walk) and is a short drive to old San Juan. The apartment building was clean and has laundry available. Would definitely book again if staying near San Juan. Prompt and responsive owner.responsive conear

Located in local neighbourhood. Not in Old San Juan, it's a 30min walk there or 5min Uber drive. Area doesn't look very nice but we had no issues. Close walk to a nice beach area, mostly visited by locals. Apartment was big and air conditioning in bedroom and living room worked perfectly, just smells a little bit. There is moisture in the kitchen and when we visited there was a hole in the ceiling and water was dripping out of it. Kitchen is ok, but not very well equipped. Also, stove glass field is broken. TVs in bedroom and living room were not usable for us. Bed was good, bathroom too.
