The Sanctuary @ Seacrest Beach w/private pool + 560sf screened outdoor living!

Luxury living nestled in the back of Seacrest Beach against the Nature Preserve! Our 3200 square foot home sleeps 14 in 5 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. Our home was designed for extended family vacations, with two indoor living areas and five porches. The 560 square foot screened porch is tucked away at the rear of the home and overlooks the heated pool. It features an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a large sectional and fireplace for lounging in cooler fall and spring months!

Completed in October 2024 - this new home is decked out with everything needed for a luxury beach get-a-away! Ride the community tram to the deeded beach and access to enjoy the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast. The shops and restaurants of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 30Avenue at Inlet Beach are a short walk or bike ride away. The Sanctuary is a perfect home base for exploring all that the eastern 30A lifestyle has to offer - beautiful beaches, gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping, biking, hiking, and ultimate relaxation!

For extra room, inquire about the detached private carriage house on property - "The Treehouse" - a one-bedroom fully equipped apartment with a king size bed. Additional nightly rate will apply.

Walk-in pantry to store plenty of provisions for your stay.

A large island that seats five comfortably.

Dining table that seats 10.

Utility Room:

Side entry near outdoor shower and pool, 8 beach towels provided in cabinets.

2 sets of front loading washer/dryers.

Second full size refrigerator

Undercounter Ice machine for all of your cooler and beverage needs


Porches:

Rear screened porch - 560 sq feet of living space overlooking the pool area - includes a summer kitchen with outdoor refrigerator, sink, and grill - and a living area with large sectional to enjoy the TV and fireplace. Gather family and friends for dinner at our community table that seats 16!

1st floor porch - extra deep with lounging area

2nd floor porch - overlooking small pocket park across the street

2nd floor side deck - off of the 2nd floor living area and overlooking the pool

2nd floor rear deck - a private oasis off the primary suite overlooking the nature preserve


Pool:

128 sq foot salt-water pool

4 feet deep, with a sun ledge

Heated to max of 88 degrees for an additional $40/day October 1 through May
(not responsible for cold weather impacting heating equipment)

SAFETY FIRST: ensure pool gate is closed at all times, never swim alone, swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty at private pool

Bikes: 5 adult medium Jamis Taxi cruisers provided

Beach Gear: 8 backpack chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and floaties provided

Entertainment: corn hole boards and bags, bocce balls, swim toys, boogie boards, cards, board games, and small reading library provided.

Security system: This property is protected by exterior Blink video security cameras.

Community Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Our home is a family residence and shall not be used for parties or large gatherings. Renter must stay in home with guests for duration of the rental.
Due to cleaning and inspection schedules, early check-in is not allowed.

The Sanctuary was the perfect home base for our 2 family spring break. The house was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. More than enough space for the 9 of us. The tram to and from the beach was perfect plenty of room for our party of 9 with beach chairs and toys in tow. The vibe of Seacrest resort community is family centric & just what we were looking for. I grew up coming to PCB so we were spoiled at an early age by Florida beaches, my grandkids & all adults had a fantastic time, we cant wait to come back!

This house was beautiful! The kitchen was super well stocked and spacious. The owner thought of everything that a guest might need! The garage was filled with very useful items to take to the pool or beach. The screened in porch was our favorite place to gather all day long! The kids loved it too. The extra refrigerator was so helpful. It was nice and quiet at night and security was always present in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it! The only thing I would suggest is that they have some blackout shades! Other than that I can’t think of one thing I would change!!!

We are Tom and Wendy Mueller from the St. Louis MO area, and just like many families from the STL, we have been vacationing on Florida's Emerald Coast for over 30 years. In 2013 we decided to embark on a new adventure and began the process of building our first vacation home, Cloud Nine Seacrest Beach. We enjoyed our time there so much, that we chose to build a new home better suited to our growing family. The Sanctuary at Seacrest Beach, including the carriage house Treehouse, was completed in October 2024. When we aren't staying at the beach, we share our home with others. We manage our home ourselves, and enjoy hosting guests who treasure our home as we do!

Why they chose this property

Our first time to the area, we fell in love with the pedestrian lifestyle of Seacrest Beach and the surrounding communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Once you are settled for the week, you won't need your car. Walk or bike to the local restaurants, boutique shops, or luxury resort pool and cafe. Call the tram or walk four blocks to the deeded beach and access.

Seacrest Sundries is a perfect little shop to pick up the odds and ends that you may need during your stay. Riding bikes on the Timpoochee Trail along Scenic Highway 30A to the coastal dune lakes is amazing! If you venture a little further, the shops and restaurants of The Big Chill and Seaside are great to explore.

There are four State Parks nearby and miles of hiking trails. Rent kayaks or standup paddleboards at Camp Helen or Grayton Beach State Park. Its a beautiful way to experience the serenity of our rare coastal dune lakes.

The 30A lifestyle of Seacrest Beach offers something for everyone. Sugar sand beaches, hiking, biking, SUP and kayaking for the nature lovers. Farmers Markets, exquisite fine dining, and luxury boutique shopping for an elevated coastal vacation!

What makes this property unique

Guests at Sanctuary will enjoy the privacy of on-suite bed/baths and a thoughtful layout to ensure everyone has their own space. Extended families and large groups will be able to gather and visit, and yet find some quiet and solitude when needed!

With two indoor living areas and five porches there is plenty of room to come together or spread out. The first floor screened porch with outdoor kitchen, dining and living area is the the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy dinner at the gathering table, and watch sports or a movie on the TV. On chilly evenings, enjoy the warmth of the outdoor gas fireplace!

The private pool is 4 feet deep with a sun-ledge and bench seating. Its the perfect place to hang-out before or after a day at the resort pool or beach. The private pool can be heated from October through March for $40/day.

The Seacrest Beach community has a tram service that will transport guests and beach gear to and from the deeded beach and access from March through October. For walkers, its only four blocks or about an 8 minute walk. Our garage is fully stocked with beach gear, 5 beach cruiser bicycles, and yard games for guests to enjoy. La Dolce Vita is the beach vendor at our access for guest who prefer to rent beach setups.

The Seacrest Resort pool is only a block away. Its a 12,000 sf lagoon style pool with multiple waterfalls and fountains. The on-site cafe features a delicious menu with frozen specialty drinks and fresh local fare.
