Perfect for large families or groups, Vista Del Mar is designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind, ensuring an unforgettable stay.



Inside the Home:



Main Floor (2nd level): Discover a fully-equipped kitchen, a large laundry room, and a comfortable office game room. The main floor also includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower, a guest room with a queen-size bed, and a spacious balcony — ideal for morning coffee or sunset views.



Third Floor: Relax in the cozy sunken loft with a pull-out couch, offering extra sleeping space. Two additional guest rooms with queen beds share a bathroom with a tub, and a secondary living area provides ample room to spread out.



With a spacious driveway, parking is convenient for you and your guests. Vista Del Mar is close to Cocoa Beach’s top shopping and dining spots, making it the perfect launch pad for both beach days and city exploration.

great location, big enough for our crew of 7 and everyone loved the house. We could check out tourist destinations easily. Beach is super close, nice and private. Loved the patio, ceiling fan is a nice addition with the heat but could honestly have slept out there listening to the crashing waves. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful place, ideal location. Literally only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful little town. I have no complaints. Everyone was very pleased...will go back!I would suggest a little clean up on the outside and side of the house would put it over a 10!

A beautiful property

this property could sleep 10 easily. It is a huge house beautiful the only thing is they don’t have enough blankets to her. If you want to lay on the couch and it’s cold the kitchen is fully stocked blender crockpot anything you need it’s there. On the thing it says three minute walk to the beach. It’s literally across the street not even three minutes in the beach is almost like a private beach. my family and I would definitely stay there again.

House was very nice, location was out of the way from attractions and restaurants but quit and close to the beach. The spiral staircase inside is aesthetically nice but in function it makes using the upstairs portion of the house difficult, the stairs also seemed quite shakey and not stable. The second tv upstairs had a stack of dvds next to it, however there was no dvd player that we could find in the house. And when we asked the management contact about this received no response pertaining to the question. The only response we received after the question was how to check out. Also the checkout instructions sent in message form from management did not match up with the hard copy instructions provided on the counter.

This was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we absolutely loved the area. I did a lot of research before to be cautious and everything was exactly as pictured and described. I did reach out for a question and it was answered quickly. We had no issues getting into the house, everything worked as it should. I will say that the spiral staircase is something to keep in mind if you have a lot of people staying upstairs because you'll have to carry luggage up there. This wasn't an issue for us but just an item to keep in mind about the space. The area felt safe and was easy to navigate to. We went to local restaurants and a grocery store. The area was great if you want a quiet part of a nice beach. Our walk to the beach was very short and the area was pretty empty so we had a nice beach area to ourselves. Beach was very clean, had seashells, and weirdly enough no fish or creatures. I'm not sure if that is normal but for someone who fears the ocean and what's inside - this was a perfect spot. Would highly recommend this space and working with the owners/management company.

We had a six week stay at Vista Del Mar house and loved the house. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Loved that the beach was only a 3 minute walk. The outside shower was handy to get the sand off. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. The host was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
