Great location! We loved our stay. Our only recommendation would be installing portable AC units as it can get very warm in the bedrooms but overall had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The arrangements were very easy to set up, they text us the code to get in the door, which was super easy. We had a wonderful one car covered parking area behind us so we had no parking problem. The location was amazing being right on the boardwalk with the beach behind it. It cannot have been better. The inside was incredibly clean with a nice bathroom, a warm shower and a very well lighted mirror. The bedroom was very comfortable and just right for us. The living room have the sofa set up so you could look out at the beach at night and watch the people go by. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching all the people walk by in front of us during the day and it had incredible sunsets at night. Food and drink were easily available with a simple walk down the beach. We would highly recommend this location and unit to other travelers. It is a great location and a beautiful unit to stay at the host were very accommodating and very easy to reach if we had problems which we did not.

The location was ideal. The house was clean and comfortable. Great ammenities like games, beach towels and toys. Plenty of kitchen tools and linen. There was some construction noise very close which spoiled the patio time and early morning.

We were very disappointed with this property. We booked it for 4 nights and only stayed for 3 and slept in a hotel on our last night. The property did not have A/C, an oversight on our part, but the ceiling fans and standing fans that were left at the property were all extremely dirty, blowing chunks of dust around. The entire unit was filthy and did not appear to have been deep cleaned in long time given the level of dust everywhere. Our feet were also constantly black from the floor being extremely dirty. The most disturbing part of our stay was that we found all of the beds had been slept in. The beds were made but we found eye makeup and sand in the beds. Advent sent someone out to clean the next day and the cleaner apologized for not changing the beds as she thought they had not been used, confirming that we slept in dirty beds on our first night. The unit looks much older in person than it does in pictures and was just not a place we wanted to hang out in. Despite being by the beach, it felt very dark. Not a place I would recommend for the high price.
