Property is well maintained. Our unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. great view right in the beach. Always enough umbrellas both on the beach and at the pool.

We enjoyed our week so much! Gorgeous views from the balcony, everything we needed in the condo, easy beach access with chairs, and a beautiful pool. So many walk able places nearby too. We look forward to returning.

Everything about it was fantastic - the villa, the complex, the ease of the beautiful clean beach, the bar/pool restaurant. The staff was kind and amazing. We were very impressed. It was run incredibly well. The staff kept everything very clean and was there to help. I highly recommend Villa Renaissance.

We had an incredible 10 days at Villa 303. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The Views are incredible. Everything was great and we would highly recommend staying at this location. It is so close to everything that we did not need to rent a car. The only negative is that from Thursday to Saturday there is a night club 1 block over that has a live DJ until 3am which made it challenging to sleep those nights. We were able to just set up some white noise to help but want to make sure people are aware because it was very frustrating those nights. Overall great location and beautiful beach for a good price on Grace Bay.

The ocean view from the balcony was stunning! The checkin was easy and the staff were helpful. We had a wonderful time. However, upon our return, we were informed that we have been fined for "smoking" when in fact none of us are smokers. We made breakfast the morning of departure---overcooked the sausage, which created a smoky odor because the fan above the stove was not functioning. The fine was offensive because we were falsely accused for doing something we did not do. Because cooking was allowed in the rental, it was unreasonable that we would be fined for it.
