There was no trash cans at the BBQ area, there was was a lot of trash from another client for 3 days I walked to get trash bags then took it to the dumpster. A long walk to keep everything clean. Just a good idea please

The property was so well located for a 3-2. It was well accommodated with everything you needed. There were even box fans and extra blankets in the closets.(If I had t say one thing, it would be that the big items in the kitchen, like the cooking sheets and large pots and pans weren’t very clean and seemed to be very old. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we brought our own foil disposable oven pans but just something to think about.)

Great location in Gruene on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condos are a little bit older but have been kept up and clean. Has a walking path down to the river where you can get in the river or sit by the water. Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was smooth. Had a good time even though it rained the entire time we were in town.

Couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were there for my daughter's wedding at The Chapel on Gruene which was only 5 minutes away. The rest of the time, we were right in the middle of Gruene. No need for a car to shop, eat and enjoy music yet quiet and restful when sitting on the back porch. Will definitely return and refer others.
