3rd night free (August-February 2025-Feb2026)Located in the heart of Gruene! Our condo is located on the Ground floor on the corner of the complex. Gruene’s River View (101) is an elegant corner condo with easy ground-floor access and views of the Guadalupe River. We’re right in Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall, so you can leave your car behind and walk to the attractions. Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.


Also, we are unable to split up weekend rentals in the summer. All bookings that include a Friday must also include the Saturday.

The condo was great! It is on the bottom floor and on the corner of the building. We had a small dog, so it was very nice to not have to go up and down stairs to take him outside. Right in the heart of Gruene, we have been coming down to Gruene for years, but this was our first time staying close. We will be returning to this property! Exceeded our expectations. And the host was wonderful with any questions I had. 100% recommend!

Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!

I'm from Dallas, Texas, but now live in San Jose, California with my family. My parents moved out here for work when I started high school, where I met my wife. I went to college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where I played soccer and studied biochemistry. I now have two growing boys, two nephews, and a niece out here in California with me.

Why they chose this property

I have family that still live in New Braunfels, Austin, and Dallas, and close family friends that live in San Antonio. Our family thoroughly enjoys spending our free time visiting our extended family in Texas, and this condo has made it so much easier to create a 'home base' for our family. We can come out for an extended amount of time, visit our family and places we love, and not feel like we're stepping on peoples' toes. Gruene has really become our home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Our ground-floor condo is tucked in the corner of the complex, away from the noise of the pool and the elevator. We also have the coolest side of the complex, which is perfect for those warm summer days. Downtown Gruene is walking distance from our condo. We always walk to Gruene Hall for billiards, music, and drinks. The Gristmill is another favorite dinner spot, as is Adobe Verde. Oma's Haus is great fun for outside live music and visiting the locals. But our kids will not let us miss the water diversions. We have a great pool right in our complex, and the Guadalupe River runs right behind the condo. It's very easy to rent some tubes, a paddleboard, or a raft from Rockin' R River Rides in New Braunfels. Or drive down the road to Schlitterbahn Waterpark in downtown New Braunfels.
