Great location! Walkable to restaurants, brewery, ice cream, coffee. Super clean and comfortable. Quick drive to Indiana Dunes NP. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This was a great property and hosts! The house was super clean with great amount of space for our family of 5. So close to Lake Michigan and restaurants. 45-50 min to Chicago and served as a quiet place to relax.

This was a beautiful and immaculate rental. It is spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The details are just perfect to make it so welcoming and appealing. The location to downtown is perfect. We walked for ice cream twice and drove to the state park which was only 8 minutes away. Communication was easy with the owner and he team. We would definitely stay again if we visit this area.

Used this property in Chesterton for a holiday weekend escape near Indiana Dunes National Park. It was convenient to the different hiking trails & visitor center.Also like being able to walk to nearby restaurants and the historic downtown.

Our stay was very nice! We had a great time.Only one minor issue was tub doesn’t drain well while taking a shower. Also, if you wanted to add a mirror above the desk or in the bedrooms that would be a nice touch if there is more than one lady trying to get ready the only mirror is in the bathroom.

Wonderful location, super close to national park, cute little downtown area. Very easy check in. House overall was very clean and accommodating. Only complaint we had was the fact that none of the dishes were clean…we did have to wash every dish we used before we even used it. Other than that, everything was pristine. Owner was also very helpful and checked in throughout our stay. There was some miscommunication towards the end of the trip when the power went out from a storm, which made it a little more stressful. There were also no flashlights either. Overall 4/5 stars.

Loved our stay

We loved this cozy spot in Chesterton. Perfect location for walkability to local spots. We loved Joe’s Bread and ate there every day of our trip! Unit was super close to the Dunes as well. We appreciated the extra thought put into it like the noise machine in the bedroom and some snacks/wine for our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

The unit was very clean, close to food and businesses and easy to live in for my extended stay (25 days). Mari-Beth and her team checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this property to all.

Exquisitely Charming!

We came to link my son to the rest of his late fathers family. Being from the PNW & experiencing the Northern MidWest was absolutely amazing. The diverse cultural friendliness and over all aspects of helpfulness enhanced our experiences comepared to our wild west culture. This was a great atmosphere.I already knew Chesterton was a charming city as I've visited before, but this trip was a milestone to bring family together, make a new. And this place, the kind guidance from the host of this rental made it much more. We plan to come back and bring my eldest son who couldn't make this trip. Love love love it!!

We had a lovely stay at the Chestertown flat. I've never been in a VRBO that has been so thoughtfully appointed with little details to make one's stay so comfortable. There were welcome treats and a bottle of wine, night lights, tissue, soothing noise machines for sleeping, and more! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The aesthetic was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.
