Welcome to your updated Hilton Head Island beachside villa! As you step inside, a welcoming foyer divides the two wings of the villa, making it ideal for couples or families traveling together.

To the left, you’ll find a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six, plus additional bar seating for three. Beyond the dining space is the tastefully decorated living room, designed with beach vibes in mind. It boasts brand new furniture, a SmartTV, and a sliding door leading to your private deck with pool views.

Just off the living area is the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and SmartTV. This bedroom also has its own sliding door to the private deck and an en-suite bathroom that has been fully renovated, featuring a granite double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the villa, you’ll find the guest bedroom, which includes two queen-sized beds. This room also features a sliding door to the deck and an en-suite bathroom, renovated to include a tiled tub and shower combination.

In addition, there’s a hall bathroom with a newly renovated tiled walk-in shower, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This villa is perfectly situated near all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. You’re just seconds away from the Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grill, and of course, the beach! A short walk will take you to Alexander's Restaurant, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and the General Store.

The complex pool is open from April 1 to September 30.

good location but some issues with the unit

The property has updated decor and is in a good location very close to the beach. However, there were several issues discovered upon arrival- the the bed spreads were not clean, the washing machine did not work and the tv in the second bedroom did not work. The property manager was quick to respond to the bedding issue, but our group had to make several calls to follow-up on the washing machine. The machine did not get replaced until Thursday of our Sunday- Saturday stay which was very inconvenient. The manager did offer to have housekeeping do our laundry if needed. Check in and check out is very simple.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location. Walk to beach, close to restaurants, close to golf courses and other amenities. The unit was clean, However, all the beds mattresses were hard and uncomfortable with cheap pillows. The electric sockets in the guest bath didn’t work. Furnished with the cheapest and thinnest towels on the market. The soap in the bath was extremely small. Travel size offering for the kitchen soap. Not enough plates, saucers and bowls. Had an old, dirty toaster which is pretty cheap to replace.The unit was adequate but nothing special.

Great Condo and Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as pictured and very clean. The deck overlooks the pool and very easy walk to the Dunes House restaurant and the beach. (There are two separate decks from each bedroom.) The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking materials and does not include salt/pepper, coffee filters and only 2 rounds of dishwasher (and laundry detergent), so bring extra. There is another condo on top of this one and you can hear walking and some other noises. There is one flight of stairs to get to this condo (really all of them and another flight to get to the third floor condo.) The only cons is many of the outlets don't work (even in the master bathroom) and the towel bar in second bedroom kept falling down, but other than those minor inconveniences, it's was perfect!! Beds are comfortable and shower pressure in the master is great.

Dated and worn - just a few steps to pool and beach

This unit is dated, the wallpaper is from the 80's. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. The beds are hard, cheap mattresses. The carpet is nasty with lots of stains. The 2nd bedroom is cut off from the rest of the unit. The shower head in this bathroom needs to be replaced. The kitchen is not fully stocked. The can opener is rusted and doesn't work. The wine opener in broke. It has 1 dish rag, 1 hand towel, & 1 pot holder. It only has 2 measuring spoons, no cutting board, no cookie sheet, no tongs. The unit sleeps 8, but we were only given towel sets for 6. The lawn service woke us up at 7am! The plus side of this rental is that it is steps to the pool and beach. It is also an easy walk to the general store and bike/kayak rental.

The unit was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very well appreciated for a family vacation. It is located just steps from both the very nice pool and the gorgeous beach and Dune House restaurant. We were able to rent bikes and get to every other of the countless amenities on the PD property on them or with short walks. The unit also had a nice carport for our rental car and in-unit laundry (which came in very handy!). Our only very small complaint was that the cable tv didn’t always work, and didn’t have a large variety of channels. It might be nice to update the TVs a bit to smart tvs that allow renters to use their own streaming accounts on them. But other than that, we loved everything, and we would definitely come back and stay in the same unit if it was available!

5 minute walk to beach, tennis center & general store

We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach, enjoying sunrises every morning. Had a little trouble finding the unit as the displayed number on the door of the unit was 25, not 2526. Recommend renting of bicycles as we rode on the beach every day at low tide and did a little exploring on the many paved paths. The location was also convenient for walking to the tennis center, general store for miscellaneous supplies and the Alexander's restaurant.

Great place, great location

We are a family of four, including two grown kids, and the place was awesome for us. The open kitchen was beautiful and nicely equipped, the open eating/living area was very comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious, lots of bathrooms and showers, easy parking, really quick 3-minute walk to the beach and the beachside restaurant is right there. The entire community of Palmetto Dunes was beautiful and incredibly convenient, including sporting equipment rentals and a general store. We have only good things to report and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, spacious, and met my families needs. The location is very close to the beach and The Dunes House. The pool is directly behind the property. The car port is really nice and allows space to store your beach gear. Now for the negatives. The bed in the master really needs to be upgraded. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable at all and the frame is dated. Secondly the walls are very thin and unfortunately there were some rude guests at the pool at 10:30 at night keeping my kids awake. I called security three times because of these rude guests. Signs should be posted as to the hours of the pool. I don’t think there should be people in the pool at 10:30 at night. Having said that we would stay again. Hopefully this is taken as constructive feedback.
