Vladimir was very welcoming and responsive. We had a problem with the pool heat and he responded promptly and eventually had to replace the pool heater. We enjoyed the pool very mich after that. The house is very spacious and like the pictures. Great area and very peaceful..We would definitely stay again.We had a wonderful 2 weeks.

Fantastic host with fast communication. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. We were able to enjoy a memorable Christmas with our family in Florida, and will definitely book with this host in the future. The house was furnished such that we didn't have to buy anything other than the normal food and personal care items.As far as the neighborhood, it was very quiet and felt safe and secure. It's centrally located, but also remote enough that we were even able to do some star gazing. We were only 7 minutes from Walmart, so quick trips were simple when needed. If you're considering renting this house, don't hesitate. You will love it.

House was perfect for our family, and just what we we’re looking for. The beds were comfortable, extremely clean and modern kitchen with new dishes, pots and pens. We would stay here again! And the location is ideal if you have a car otherwise it’s not walking distance to anywhere. There is also safety fencing around the pool from the outdoor space so it’s kid friendly which was a huge plus!

Nice set up and good location to restaurants and the beach

This house is very spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for five adults to be together and have private space. The owner was very responsive to questions and all concerns were quickly addressed. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

I would recommend this home to anyone . Had everything we needed as needed for our stay. Kids love the bicycles and the pool. We went to several different beaches in the area. They have all kind of beach stuff for the use of the guest. House was very nice and clean and well organized.

We stayed at this house for 19 days and there was plenty of room for 5 adults to enjoy the pool and relax. The location was very easy to get to restaurants and and the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I would consider returning next year if my travel plans take me to that area again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We were not ready to leave! The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The home was perfect for our family with kids, there were toys inside, and pool floats outside. We were just a short drive to our favorite place, Boca Grande! This home is in a great location if you are staying off the island. There were a few minor issues (no regular coffee machine, no corkscrew, and a stinky trash can outside attracting unwanted visitors) but those were easy fixes. We would definitely book again.

Overall our stay was great! There were a few items missing that we needed that we bought and left there, but it didn't ruin our time. No wash cloths or bath mats for shower time. No dish cloths. No pool chairs. :( We bought these and left them there. There were a few other minor issues, but the manager came immediately and took care of them.

The house was okay but didn’t seem like the cleaning crew had actually cleaned. Kitchen table and refrigerator were dirty and rugs needed vacuumed. The cloth blinds in the living room had black mold. There was an espresso machine that was nice but it really would have been good to have a regular coffee machine as well. The pool was very, very small. In the picture it looks like a normal size but it is miniature. Even though it was supposed to be heated it was quite cold. A new house has been built directly behind, just beyond the pool. It’s very close and the fence provides little to no privacy. The kitchen was nice. It had all the basics and everything worked. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were fine.

Impressions of the Property: The property was just as shown in the photographs that were in the VRBO ad. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the location was close to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Positives of this rental property: • The pool heater not working was quickly resolved by the owner. • A shortage of pool/beach towels was quickly remedied as the owner had new ones shipped to the property. • Plenty of room for family and friends that came for short visits. • Able to park personal car in the garage. • Additional beach chairs and umbrellas were available. • Toys for small children were available for their use as well as other games, puzzles, and books. Negatives of this rental property: • The gas grill was not usable, dirty, rusted, etc. • The bathroom in the master bedroom had no places to hang hand towels and additional hand towels would have been nice. • No manuals for the appliances, we went on-line to find out how to work the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. • No regular coffee maker as not everyone wants coffee from or knows how to use an expresso machine. • The shade on the back kitchen window was missing and should have been replaced.
