Escape to this superb cottage that is part of a larger historic farm in horse country off Bryan Station Road. This cottage is newly and fully renovated. The Queen and Full bed bedrooms have standing closets and chests for clothes, The twin bedroom is small yet has a large mounted smart monitor (no TV service) on the wall for internet and movie streaming. The property boasts AC, heating, a washing machine, dryer, and WiFi for convenience. The bathroom is well-equipped for your needs and has a very large walk in shower with multiple vertical and horizontal shower heads.The kitchen is well appointed and has plenty of cookware, utensils and a beautiful view of the farm.

Liz was wonderful! Great communication. Beds were very comfortable and there was extras stocked; coffee, condiments, laundry detergent. Our visit was to see our new grandson and Liz was very gracious to let us have some family visit during the day. Views are beautiful with the rolling hills and horses. My only suggestions would be that the big spa shower could use a good cleaning as well as the shower curtain. We had to clean the kitchen area a bit, and a bit of a bug issue with Asian beetle and stink bug invasion. Liz was quick to reply and offer help when I reached out. Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely stay again!

I am a semi-retired hunter/jumper trainer who enjoys the outdoors, working on my 1790 farmhouse on the same property as the cottage, and riding horses and spending time with friends and my two dogs. My husband is retired and loves to spend time on his motorcycle as well as take care of the farm.

Why they chose this property

Bryan Station road is a beautiful area full of horse farms, has a great corner restaurant/bar (Windy Corner) four miles away from the cottage, is about 10 minutes from downtown Paris which has all the amenities you could want. Lexington and Georgetown are easy 25 minute commutes, and the area is very peaceful, quiet, and low key.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is completely remodeled with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is beautiful light throughout the cottage and very easy parking right by the front door.
