Excellent communication with hosts. Very accommodating of all needs, such as ad hoc requests and modifying our booking at short notice. Highly recommend.
This property was perfect for a long weekend with extended family. It was very comfortable and was in a great location. The design of both bathrooms was a little bit strange but they were still functional.
The best feature of this property is its location, right at the south end of the Southport corridor, just steps from excellent restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. It is also a short walk to Whole Foods and multiple convenience/drug stores. And it is only a two-minute walk to the elevated train Brown Line stop at Southport. We were there a whole week with three elderly parents and no vehicle, and we were easily able to do everything we wanted by using the train and buses. The property itself is as advertised - basic, clean, and stocked with the usual essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, plenty of sheets and towels, and basic kitchen necessities). The check in process was clear and simple with a key pad for using the front door, and the host was quick to respond when communication was needed. We experienced no issues with the property, and would stay there again due to the excellent location.
The rooms were clean and the space was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with the essential dishware and cookware. Ice was premade in the freezer and overall very thoughtful and put together.
The house was clean and sufficient for our family. Great neighborhood. Felt safe. Walkable restaurants. The L is nearby to take downtown. Parking for the unit was confusing but we didn’t get towed so that’s good! :)
Great location and easy check in. Seemed like the cleaning service neglected the showers, which was disappointing, but was otherwise clean. Rooms are small, but we were able to fit pack n plays for toddlers.
