Beautiful place and home. Only challenges - low garbage space (had to drop off far from Gatlinburg at pigeon forge) and not enough supplies given i.e. toilet paper…etc

We loved the property. We had 15 family members ranging in age from 80 years old to 1 year old. Something for everyone. So fun! We had a lot of rain so it made it difficult to plan outings, but the house was so great we didn't mind just being "stuck" there.

The cabin was good for a large group. It can comfortably fit 18 on beds. Everyone else gets a futon. It was easy to get in and out of the property. It was also in the middle of Gatlinburg. Nice place overall. The host was very responsive. The pickleball paddles were broken, and they had them replaced the same day.

Great place! We really enjoyed the game room and Pickleball court. The rooms are spacious. Lots of space for a large group. Property management was excellent with communication. No surprises whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Really great property, with plenty of room to spread out - game room, pool and hot tubs were so much fun, along with the pickle-ball and basketball court! **Bears seem drawn to the area, probably because it smells so good with the food smells from the strip coming up the hill - be on the lookout and definitely don't leave ANY food in your car (they know how to open a car door)** Trolley stop is so convenient across the street. Big plus, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas We hope to return next year!

Great cabin and friendly rental agency. Check in was simple enough but there was so much information emailed to me prior that I had to sift through it to find information. Maybe a more simplified communication process would help. Also, slow responses to questions using the VRBO app. Again, very kind people when they respond. We all hope to return and stay again!

Took the entire family for 4th of July week. 10days of pure fun. The kids loved all the games, swimming, basketball, and pickleball. Short Trolly ride to downtown. We walked back to the house twice. First time was after the fireworks on the 4th. We had bears visit everyday. One of our cars was left unlocked and a bear got in. No food in the car for the bear so we got lucky we no damage to the vehicle. Our neighbor didnt make out so lucky, their car got destroyed. Easy check in. House was clean. Pool was heated and fun with my 2year old granddaughter. Only item that was not the best was the pots and pans for cooking. The frying pans are all used up. Even with butter or Pam you cant fry an egg without it sticking really bad. Almost went out to buy another set for the house. We just pretended we were camping in the wood and had to make due..lol. If you are into birds (which I am) then take the upper bedroom that has its own balcony. It was birding heaven every morning. I say out on that deck from 6am-7/8am every morning to view the birds. Got 5 more species off my life list. All in all it was a fantastic place and the team that runs it solved any issue we had immediately. Will be renting it again.

Great home for a large group! This home will keep all ages entertained! Futons in 4 of the bedrooms helped sleep additional kids. Beds are really comfortable and there are lots of extra quilts and blankets to make up the futons or kids sleeping on the couch. Kitchen had all you needed to cook with a charcoal grill right outside.If you are bringing additional trash bags you’ll need the large leaf bags. Inside trash cans are too large for kitchen bags. You will see a bear here! Do not leave any food or trash outside, the bears will find it and you’ll have a mess to clean up. Conveniently located close to a trolly stop (red line stop 44). You could walk to town if you really like walking. The house has been updated with decor and nicer outside furniture so the pictures in the listing could be updated. Automatic locks and an alarm on the pool room were nice to have with small kids. No ice maker so bring ice. FYI - read sign about light switches downstairs for pickleball court lights, if you turn both on that will trip the breaker and the upstairs tv will shut off along with those lightsOnly complaints - house is very noisy and all sound carries thru out the house. Kids playing air hockey in basement can be heard all the way up to the back 3rd floor bedroom. Not enough trash storage outside for a house that sleeps 25. Thankfully they allowed us to leave the additional trash inside so we didn’t have to haul it off. We had a great time with our family and would love to return!!
