You cannot find a better LOCATION! It is perfectly located between Durango's vibrant town center (15 min drive) and Purgatory Resort (15 min drive). Whether you're skiing, hiking, or exploring local attractions, you’ll love returning to this modern, comfortable home at the end of each day. After your adventures, relax and unwind by taking a plunge in the Durango Hot Springs, just 5 minutes away!

AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS: Colorado summers are generally mild and perfect for soaking up the mountain air, but we’ve made sure the home stays comfortable no matter the temperature. The main living area is cooled by a built-in evaporative cooler (“swamp cooler”). We’ve also recently added a high-efficiency air-conditioning in the main master bedroom and you will also have an additional portable air conditioning unit! We also have fans and windows if you prefer alfresco-style cooling.

Second Floor: Spacious Living and Dining Areas
The second floor offers a bright and spacious living area with seating for a large party. The dining area includes a large table and bar seating, perfect for gathering over meals. The kitchen allows you to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. There’s also a full bathroom on this floor for added convenience.

Third Floor: Tranquil Bedrooms & Master Suite
On the third floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for extra privacy and luxury. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure.

An OPTIONAL HOT TUB is also available—After booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory waiver and a $60 cleaning fee apply if you choose to use the hot tub.

Aside from the 2nd and 3rd floors, you will have access to the common laundry room with full-sized washer and full-sized dryer on the 1st floor at the base of the stairwell.

You unit has its own separate entrance with a 4-digit code unique just for your stay!

During the winter months, we advise all-wheel or 4-wheel drive due to the gravel driveway.
