I've owned 816 N. Crescent Heights since 2007 and have leased the property most of that time. I have a long history of working with many happy tenants. I've only recently switched to short term rentals, but it is a beloved property that has been updated and well maintained, ensuring guests will be comfortable and happy.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is an ideal location with its proximity to streamers, networks and studios. Netflix (10 mins), FOX , Sony, Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, NBC Universal -- all are a 30 minute drive or less from the house. For arts lovers, the Pantages, Hollywood Bowl, Ahmanson Theatre, Mark Taper Form and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion are near by. The Academy Museum, LACMA and Petersen Automotive Museum are 10 mins away by car.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! This property is in the heart of West Hollywood and the Melrose shopping and design districts. The City's best restaurants, boutiques and shops are within walking distance to the home.
