House was comfortable and accommodated us well for family gatherings. Centrally located to shopping and tourist spots. Everyone loved the kitchen nook! Only challenge was that it is located on a busy street and navigating the tight turn into the driveway in a minivan was difficult, and it could barely fit through the gate. Property manager was very helpful and accessible.

I've owned 816 N. Crescent Heights since 2007 and have leased the property most of that time. I have a long history of working with many happy tenants. I've only recently switched to short term rentals, but it is a beloved property that has been updated and well maintained, ensuring guests will be comfortable and happy.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is an ideal location with its proximity to streamers, networks and studios. Netflix (10 mins), FOX , Sony, Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, NBC Universal -- all are a 30 minute drive or less from the house. For arts lovers, the Pantages, Hollywood Bowl, Ahmanson Theatre, Mark Taper Form and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion are near by. The Academy Museum, LACMA and Petersen Automotive Museum are 10 mins away by car.
