Great weekend and a very spacious house with a lot of amenities. We paddle boarded, swam and utilized the hot tub. No real issues, and the management was very responsive. Recommend this for a great vacation.

There were not nearly enough towels for 3 days and there were NO kitchen towels. Other than that, perfect! Talking to oth ers , said floors were sandy and beds had dirty sneets. One even had a Coke can in their bed.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

This was a great house for our wrestling club. Lots of families and plenty of room for everybody. The pool and hot tub area are great, as well as the outdoor bar. Close to the beach if you like. Removed from the busy part of Virginia Beach, but perfect if you like a quiet beach getaway.The host was wonderful and very responsive. Plenty of parking. Multiple kitchens were a huge plus!! We hope to stay here every year!

The house is very spacious and able to comfortably accommodate a large group of people and multiple families!There’s also so much to do with the game room, pool, kayaks, outdoor games, and only a short walk to the beach.The home has everything you would need for your stay.The owner is responsive if you ever have any questions.

Weekend get away

The place was amazing. Plenty of rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable and all the amenities that I like such as pool table,swimming pool and hot tube.Full size washer and dryer . For it to be a big house temperature was nice

Sandbridge Getaway

The owners have truly made the most of this property. Plenty of dining room table/seating without feeling cramped. The upstairs living area is very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping space, with extra blankets. More than enough towels for the bath and the pool (but need to add some wash cloths). The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful, with multiple seating areas, a beautiful view, and some extras for entertainment. I wish we'd had a chance to get the kayaks/paddle boards out! The walk to the beach is easy. We had a couple of issues, but the owners were very responsive, and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Birthday getaway

We had a great stay at this property. The property was great for couples and great open space for entertaining. The home was clean and exactly as listed. Only concern was the stains on the carpet in various spots in the home. Definitely needs some deep cleaning or new carpet all together. There were fresh towels and cloths and every bed. So that was a great touch. We were able to enjoy the grill,& hot tub which were great perks of the home. Lastly communication was Great! Any questions or concerns, I was responded to within minutes. Grateful for the experience!

Overall, my guests and i had a fun weekend. There were pros and cons to the weekend.1. Communication with the host was great. He was quick to respond if i had a question about anything. Checking in and out was also very easy and straight forward.2. I like that the house has so many bed rooms. 3. All of the appliances work.4. The house could greatly benefit from a DEEP cleaning and/or renovations, specifically the bathrooms and kitchen. The house had a smell to it upon entering - i wonder if it is due to the fact that the house is older or if it is because of the carpet or both?? I brought wipes, lysol, and febreeze with me to the house that kind of helped to drown out the smell. downstairs there is cabinet space that had some beverage dispensers that had mold at the bottom. There is also a vent in this same area that is located higher up on the wall that had a nice layer of dust covering it. In one of the bathrooms upstairs the shower has a sliding door. The shower its self was clean but the area where the door slides open and shut was not clean and appeared black/brown. My guests also had a few concerns with the cleanliness of their bathrooms. 5. I love that there was so much space/seating in the kitchen! Unfortunately there were corners of the kitchen and base boards that were not clean.6. Backyard was nice, patio furniture is in good shape, hot tub was nice. Pool was cold but expected since its not heated. This place has potential but could really use more upkeep.

I grew up in Sandbridge and have many great memories of relaxing on the beach, listening to the gulls, watching the dolphins, watching the sun set over the bay, and hearing the rolling waves come in.

What makes this property unique

Our home is like staying at your own private resort. You won't find another house like it in Sandbridge. There is a floating dock for the three kayaks and fishing, your own hot tub, your own private pool, a gazebo, grilling station, tons of seating around the pool and on decks, its two minute walk to the spacious beach where you can try out the house's three surfboards. Staying at our home is like staying at a resort in the Outer Banks, but with so much more to do close by.
