A lofted perch houses a queen bed for extra guests. All this quiet serenity is only 100 yards to the front doors of the Woods & Co wedding venue and about 2 miles to the Hidden Meadow & Barn wedding venue.

We live and work in the Pepin & Stockholm areas and jointly own the Woods & Co Weddings + Events venue. It is our joy to host wedding guests as well as others who enjoy our stunningly beautiful, rural area and manicured grounds.

Why they chose this property

The property is quiet, privately-owned countryside, and yet conveniently located just outside the Village of Pepin. It is full of gorgeous cedar and white pine trees and is naturally protected by forested bluff land on two sides of the 30-acre parcel.

What makes this property unique

We love this site for the rugged cliffs, bluffs, and forested feel of its natural wooded beauty.
