Rental Details & Essentials:
Occupancy: Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests (Strictly enforced per KCB ordinance). Flexible Turn-Day: Saturday or Sunday arrivals/departures (subject to availability, during the week check-in may available depending on the availability).

Stay Requirement: 7-night minimum stay.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Connectivity: Stay plugged in (if you want to!) with Standard Comcast Cable and Gig-Speed Internet.

Convenience: Washer/dryer located under the carport and on-site parking for one boat trailer.

Rates & Policies:
Pet Policy: One small, non-shedding dog is welcome to join the family ($200 pet fee). No cats, please!
Cleaning Fee: $200.
Pool Customization: While 80° is free, a $165/week fee applies for advanced requests to heat or chill the pool to a specific temperature.

Important Safety Note: We strongly recommend travel insurance during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30). Full refunds are provided only in the event of a government-mandated evacuation.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take out garbage to the curb on garbage collecting day. Monday at 6pm and Friday at 6pm
Please stripe all sheets and collecting towels put it out by living room.
Please make sure to turn off all lights a s , pool light.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had an amazing stay at Southern Comfort! The house was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time out back—relaxing in the pool and fishing right off the dock was a highlight of our trip. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the host was great to work with—responsive and pleasant throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a great time love the pool. The grill was in great shape. House was in great shape very close to everything especially getting out of the Atlantic and out of the golf by boat would stay here again..

Loved our stay! It was nicely decorated, clean, and had the best backyard! The pool was great (I recommend paying the extra to have it heated in March or winter months, its worth it if you enjoy pool time). The owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues.

5 Stars! Perfect family getaway in Key Colony Beach

We had a fantastic stay! The layout of the home was perfect for our small family—comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully decorated with charming coastal touches. We especially loved spending time by the pool, relaxing under the palapa, and enjoying the dock. The location is ideal, with Sunset Park just a short walk away. During our stay, we were lucky enough to spot manatees and even a nurse shark right off the dock—such a memorable experience! Patti was a wonderful host with great communication from start to finish. We’d absolutely love to book again!

Simply Perfect

We have been home for almost a week, yet we are missing Key Colony Beach so much! From the gorgeous home, pool, wildlife (including manatees, heron, and a plethora of others) to the fabulous restaurant recommendations (we tried all of them— some multiple times) this property is one of the best we have ever visited. If you find it available when you will be in the area, you should grab it ASAP!

What a great place in a great community! First time in Key Colony and we absolutely loved it. The rental has everything you need to enjoy your stay -- very clean, welcoming, sparkling pool, great dock/canal, park right down the street to watch the sunsets and they are dog friendly. The hosts were wonderful! Kept lines of communication open and always there to answer any questions we had. This place is a gem! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I didn't want to leave! We'll be back ;)

What a great experience! My family and I (wife/9yr old/7yr old) just returned home from an amazing Marathon vacation where we had the pleasure of staying at this home. Patti the owner made our check in and check out super easy. The home is just immaculate in everyway...perfection in all areas. We were able to spread out easily. The kitchen was perfect for the meals we prepared. The backyard is just great...the pool was fun for us all as was the very comfortable and cool (tx ceiling fan)...I fell asleep out there once or twice! The dock was great to do some light fishing from and to pelican watch...and yes you can spot a Manatee or two. We did! Book this home you will not be disappointed...we sure werent!
